5/10 Ate inside tables are not cleaned off, service was very slow. Explain to me how a family ordered at the same time get their orders at 20 minutes apart. The gentleman talked to the manager, showed her his receipt, the time stamp and her attitude was, we are short staffed. 5 orders including ours came out before theirs. So that doesn't make sense. The order was forgotten, accept the mistake, and just correct the mistake. Custo.ers are looking for accountability and that they are being heard, not excuses.Get customer training for managers, especially on how to treat customers and staff and get rid of the unnecessary attitude.
Update 12/13/25: ordered egg mcmuffin meal and this is what I got. A gift card in 7 business days, update will be added if received.

Where's McDonald's and drive-thru ever. Nothing is ever right you never get the food you order they forget something every single time. Oh and it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru it's an absolute disgrace

His McDonald's was a ket down because it was dirty, the napkin dispenser was empty, food on the floor in the dining area and not happy customers. The employee who brought my $8.35 muffin, coffee, and hash brown just dumped it on my table with no interaction. I will not be back to this location.

Very disorganized, especially in the morning. Terrible odor while sitting in the drive through line. I looked down on the pavement and there were days or weeks of food and trash on the ground and wall. I will definitely avoid this Mickey D's in the future! Yuk!!!

Just place an order online to pick up my food time 12:00 whoever made these hamburgers I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe somebody put so much salt and so much pepper on this sandwich needs to be fired I am not trying to be a diabetic do better

Seriously what happened to this place? Super slow, orders are rarely correct. Order a sugar free iced coffee and their entire work flow is discombobulated. No personalities. Order at kiosk and cant even ask a question because no one acknowledges the front counter customers AT ALL. This used to be the best one around now its the absolute worst. I did fast food for 25 yrs. Its really not that hard when you just genuinely care about what you're doing.
It's a McDonald's me and the food was McDonald's food the service was good they were nice in there was clean. I guess what more are you going to ask for from McDonald's, just give me my food fast be nice and make sure it's clean.

8:05am on a Mon. Delivery truck blocking one ordering lane. No one answering phone. Lobby doors locked and line wrapped around the building. Have been waiting in line for 15 mins have not ordered yet.
