Food always comes out not even like warm. Customer service is hit or miss. Hope you don't ever have to customize your order. Because it will not come out that way. The only thing that was the correct temperature with my meal was my drink.

I had a terrible visit there. The morning staff had no idea what was going on, they screwed up my order, the drive thru moved at a snails pace and the cashier implied that the mistake was mine. When the correct order did come out(sausage burrito) it was old and hard.

This is by far the worst I have ever went too Every time I wait ten minutes at the drive thru before anyone even acknowledges you are there to take your order. Mind you I’m the only one in the drive thru because everyone else pulled out of line and left. Pathetic and terribly ran the one down 306 is a night and day difference. This place is a joke will never come here again

Stopped to grab a quick 10 piece and double cheeseburger. So nothing earth shattering. Was asked to pull up to wait which excited me because that usually means fresh nuggets! Nope, got fay old nuggs. Received no sauce to choke em down....cheeseburger was ok. Atmosphere was my vehicle. Cmon guys, be better.

Worst McDonalds in NE Ohio by far. I've been here at least 4 times and everytime the food is not fresh tasting, extremely slow service, the staff avoids the counter at all costs when you do go inside, there is always something missing from my order and others share the same sentiment in the reviews. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Usually, I have some genuinely sweet kids waiting on me here! Today, however, I had a worker slam the drive thru window in my face as i was speaking! Do NOT i repeat DO NOT ask for a redo here. After which I could hear the worker yelling that I didn't want what they gave me and that I wanted new, and that there's nothing wrong with it, I didn't make it, and so on. When the window re opened and I asked to speak with a manager "please", The young woman in the window angrily said, she was the manager. When i tried to explain what had happened i was half a sentence in when I was shut down and corrected. She proceeded to tell me her worker is fine, was not rude to me, did not yell at me, some expletitives and to get out of her drive thru. Repeatedly! I must admit i sat there in shock a minute. All while her and the staff stood on the inside of the window yelling at me.! Because I asked, if they could make me a new ice cream cone "please". FYI the one they served "out the window" was already melted and falling completely to one side. I could not have left with it. Apparently, even asking nicely is not allowed. I am appalled. Not only did I have my child in the car but I truly was very nice about it. Will NOT be going back ever! Thanks, so much, Nadia. I meant it though when I said, I was gonna pray for you and your peace today. Hope it helped!
