i was coming here often until i ordered food inside, asked if food was done, man(who i later learned owned this location, i assumed he was just a manager by his attire) looked at my receipt and said it was 1/2 hour ago. I explained how i ordered off the kiosk and nobody came to the counter for almost 15 mins. And then ive been waiting watching the counter for my To-go bag. The woman behind him(who i paid with) said “oh i gave it to him” and the interaction ended with the man accusing me stealing/lying/fault of some sort and saying hell check the tapes when he gets a moment and refused to remake my 2 egg McMuffins It was one of the worst customers service experiences of my life no joke. I left hungry embarrassed angry and honestly sad because im only eating here because im struggling in life and ill be driving an extra mile to the next mcdonald’s for awhile now lol

The management is incompetent, rude and unreasonable. I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:45 (it’s a Sunday). Showed up in the drive through at 10:59. The MOD got spicy with me and stated that I couldn’t get a refund on food they refused to serve me because the “register doesn’t do that”, then tried to blame me for choosing the drive through over the lobby for the food not being available. After 10 minutes of arguing, she stated the food “was available” if I want to pay for it again. Like…why did your other manager tell me it can’t be done? Wound up with a cash refund for 3 drinks and “trust me it’ll show up in your bank in 48 hours”- no proof of refund, no I’m sorry, nothing.
Prices are 20% higher than the location 1 mile down the road, this place was just convenient. Lesson learned.
Will NOT be back.

Placed a mobile order, waited 15 mins while hardly any traffic coming through and none of the food was hot. They have to make qtr pounder fresh but nothing else was hot at all. Unbelievable, why would anyone wanna wait 15 mins for cold food when it’s supposed to be a fast food chain.

This McDonald's was out of hot mustard sauce, so ordered two different ones, then saw my completed order sit for more than 5 minutes with no one bringing it to the counter. When I asked why it sat for so long the clerk just asked me if I wanted my food. I took it, and after getting home found that they didn't put in any sauce. The clerks need to pay more attention to what needs to be in the orders as well as paying attention to getting them served promptly.

I seem to never have any issues with this location
The staff here are very nice but the curbside pickup is not reliable and the food is not as fresh or flavorful as other McDonald’s. I placed an order and waited over 25 minutes and it never came so I had to drive away without receiving my food. I contacted McDonald’s corporate but no refund yet. This location is also pinned on the edge of a busy shopping mall plaza so driving in and out can be a pain on busy nights. Thankfully there are other locations nearby where I’ve had better luck.

Way overpriced 10$ for two medium oranges juices for 2 breakfast meals crazy absurd...never again..and forgot the eggs on the sandwiches..slow service... didn't know what I ordered tried giving me someone else's order unbelievable. Lousy horrendous and slow.

Recently, got into eating Big Macs after not eating them for years. Found they're pretty darned good. But, if you don't like a lot of the sauce oozing from the sandwich, best to ask they go light. Service in the evening can vary slow to faster. Seems they run a small staff then - who are always pleasant. Fries at McDs are good if hot, not if only warm.
