This was a typical McDonald's restaurant. They almost forced you to use the Kiosk. We did have a problem with that. It would not place our order. Had a difficult time getting someone to assist us. Another patron had the same issue we did. It was not our fault

This McDonald's was out of hot mustard sauce, so ordered two different ones, then saw my completed order sit for more than 5 minutes with no one bringing it to the counter. When I asked why it sat for so long the clerk just asked me if I wanted my food. I took it, and after getting home found that they didn't put in any sauce. The clerks need to pay more attention to what needs to be in the orders as well as paying attention to getting them served promptly.
