Went to the McDonald’s on Heisley Road in Mentor Ohio and ordered two double cheeseburgers and a six piece nugget and a 10 piece nugget and a breakfast sandwich. Went to the first window paid went to the second window got our food went to go leave we were checking our food and we noticed that the breakfast sandwich wasn’t in there so I came back through the drive-through and told the kid through the speaker that my breakfast sandwich wasn’t in there I just ordered it made...read full review
how about putting CHEESE on a CHEESEBURGER!!!!
The service here is awful. My order is wrong 90% of the time. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger, and my managers would have never allowed service like this.
