I've never had burgers that were hard. You're a pretty gross establishment 👍
The food was prepared promptly and correctly. The staff was friendly and worked in a very expeditious manner. McDonald's experiences can vary dramatically depending upon location but this particular location was very clean and I found the service to be excellent and quick.

I sat at the online pickup spot for only a short time and they were right there and it made me feel like I matter again. Someone took the time out of their day at work to run me out my order because I was to lazy to get out of the car. Thank you McDonald's food runners.

The older lady in the front had an attitude. I got a Mcflury with oreos and mnms but it was basically fully vanilla because they barely put any it. Although when I showed her she did put more in but i shouldn't have to complain.

I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering when you walk in. I find the reliance on the mobile app to be clunky. Not streamlined at all.

A bunch of young and mature children all they do is talk take money text on the phone all day, but it’s very useless children

If you place mobile orders and have more than yourself in your car you have to go around for each person. This makes absolutely zero sense. The orders are placed and ready and cert cold. This is truly infuriating!!!

I had a coupon for buy one get one free. I redeemed it with the cashier and it wasn’t working. She told me to reset my phone and I did and it still wasn’t working and then the manager says why I can’t honor it so they’re making me wait 10 minuteswhen all they had to do was just promo it off. That’s bad management.
