Waited forever for cold food ? Void of taste.WAITRESS SMELLED LIKE BEER and CIGARETTES. Never, never again !

Hayden was a fabulous and super sweet server! She mixed up a dipping sauce that went deliciously with my sweet potato fries. Great place to eat at :)

A group of us get together once a month & we always use the room in the back. The service has always been excellent & the food is very good…the salad bar & soup is also fresh very good!

Sorry that service trumps the food but when I am eating out I expect at least one kind and helpful worker.

I stopped in for breakfast and had to get online for a quick meeting. They have a guest wifi. I asked the server for the password and she told me and walked away.
I tried repeatedly and it said incorrect password. She came back FIVE minutes later and I showed her. She said that she would check. FIVE minutes later she said that was it and, “oh well” when I told her I could not log in.

I went to pay and to find another place to log in. The “hostess” asked how it was. I told her that the food was good but to let the manager know that I really needed WiFi so had to leave earlier than planned.
Response: “You came here for the food and not the WiFi.”

Ordered 2 pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were hard, had to cut with a knife. Couldn't choke them down. They were like Frisbees. The server admitted that the cook wasn't very good, but didn't offer to make new ones or give me a discount. When we paid, the girl behind the counter didn't care that we had an awful meal. Plenty of other places to eat in the area, we are done eating here.

My friend and I stopped in last night. My husband and I loved this place. However, it has changed and I don't think for the good. My friend had the soup to start, all only had broth and were 1/4 full in all 3 containers. She had the pasta, which she said was old sauce. I ordered the city chicken. I could not cut through it with my knife!! The iced tea was at that fine line of being spoiled. I told the waitress about the meat and food she did apologize. However,I know 2 that won't be going back!!

Sunday brunch and 9.99 lunch specials, including 4 soups and a self-serve salad bar.
They have friendly waitresses, making you feel right at home

Staff was cleaning with bleach during our meal. All we could smell was bleach while we were eating around 3:30 pm. We couldn't enjoy our meal.

Our server Vee was an absolute delight. We were so well taken care of that we will definitely return. The food was fabulous and quite reasonably priced. Fish fry with unlimited soup and salad for less than $12 is unheard of in this area. 🥰

Today we continued our weekly tradition of driving 30 miles to Mentor Avenue Family Restaurant. It is a gem of a restaurant with delicious food, friendly and efficient servers and a warm atmosphere. The food is always tasty and properly cooked. Their prices are very reasonable. They never disappoint. We know each server by name and each of them know their job and do it well; with a smile. 😊. If you are looking for a true family restaurant, you’ve got to try this one!
