I love their napkins. I wish there were a star rating for napkins. And with a little bit of Smoky Mountain BBQ sauce on them. Mmm. I could eat them all day long.
EDIT: I was recently told to try their food as well, so I did. Wow. That was at least 10,000 times better than the napkins. I should do that more often. Delicious.

I order online here quite a bit because I work so close but the last 3-4 times now I stand by the pick up area and no one even makes eye contact with me or gets my food I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ask while my food just sat there

Stopped by with friends on our way through from St Louis to Rochester. The food was wonderful. I had ribs and they were exceptional. Service was amazing. We met River and he was so sweet. He even gave us travel stops that we should visit next time we came through. We will definitely make this our regular stop on our travels.

I tried Mission BBQ today as a birthday treat to myself. I told the girl at the counter I had never been here and she gave me a whole run down of the menu and ordering. I'm very meat picky and she offered me a sample to make sure I would like it. I declined the sample and took her word that the pulled pork was delicious. It absolutely was. It was tender, juicy and hand pulled. No giant chunks and minimal fat, which is just what I wanted. They had 6 different bottles of mouthwatering BBQ sauce on the table to choose from. River, unsure if he's a manager or not, came to my table to welcome me in and brought me a piece of their strawberry shortcake. That's when I told him it was my birthday and that shortcake was a lovely surprise! He then went and got me a card for a free sandwich. The food, the atmosphere and the hospitality was top tier! I would highly recommend this establishment for all your BBQ cravings. Thank you!

It's a great spot. Great food. Great staff. Walk in and you order food at the register and they'll call your name when ready. Sit anywhere. Mostly indoor seating and a few outdoor seats.
Straws, lids, hot sauce and honey in a tool box by the drinks. Utensils at the counter where you pick up your food. Napkins on the table. Various Bbq Sauces on the table.
Staff was really friendly for the type of place it is (above what you'd expect.) Food reasonably priced. Return your trays by the shelf by the door (also a garbage can there). (They'll also come by and check how you're doing / take garbage if done and just chilling a bit - again, above what you'd expect). Very easy free parking in the lot right out front. Definitely recommend.
