I love when you walk in the door and you are hit with a fantastic and welcoming atmosphere. Service is always friendly. The cakes never disappoint. They are moist and flavors are perfectly executed. I love the frosting being cream cheese frosting, it works so well on every variety. Great place!!!

I placed my order last week and the day before pur party they call and tell me they do not have the gluten free items for my order. I have a 40th birthday party with celiac people attending and I relied on this company to have gluten free items for our guests all for them to call me the day before and cancel my items!!! Very very poor planning on their part! Very disappointed and thankfully The sweets geek in willoughby can accommodate for our guests! Will not be putting trust in this company ever again!

First time coming here. I was getting two small cakes, and a special cake for one of my patients to celebrate her retirement, and the lady made it so special by giving me wrapped little cake for free. It was so sweet! It is right down the street from my son’s new daycare. We are def coming g back for more! What a nice little place it is. Cakes were truly delicious!

Came in with my mom to check the place out. We were first greeted by Stephanie and she was incredible! She was so nice and walked us through our first time there. She had to go to the back and Karen came up to replace her. Unfortunately I cannot say the same kind words about Karen. She immediately kept pushing us to check out while we were still looking. My mother asked if there were any of the smaller lemon blueberry cakes and Karen said they were in the oven. We asked about how long they would take and Karen replied “I don’t know? 15 minutes? I wouldn’t know.” In a tone that was not suited for customer service. I wish we could’ve had Stephanie for the whole transaction, it would’ve prevented the very unpleasant experience we had with Karen.

We had this in monerville near comic con. So to our surprise we saw it in mentor. Totally did a u turn and stopped. Mom got lemon i got white chocolate rassberry n my daughter got confetti. These are amazing moist delicious cakes. You have to have them. Yes you are missing these in your life.
