Food portions are much smaller. Quality not like it used to be. Service was great and they gave our grandson dessert and sang happy birthday to him.

Great meal at this location with my brother. Seated promptly, server very courteous and attentive. Food served was fresh and delicious. Best Olive Garden in Greater Cleveland.

Haven't been to Olive garden in 15 years and after ordering online for my to go order for Chicken parm and Fettuccine Alfredo I will never go back. Hardly any maranara sauce on the pasta and so salty I could barely eat it. The fettuccine even saltier that I couldn't eat it and believe me, I love my salt. If you want excellent Italian food, go to Zappatellis in mentor. I will never go anywhere but there for Italian food.

now that im older & have traveled to different countries, i realize how processed, frozen, and precooked the food is at the american chain restaurants i used to love as a kid :( server was great tho :)

I ordered the Tour of Italy and my noodles were cold. I let the host know and she went a grabbed another bowl of noodles with extra sauce. My favorite restaurant!!

Liz, the bartender was amazing!! The place was packet, and she was on point with service!! On a side note, I loved that Olive Garden supports the veterans with a free meal on Veterans Day!!!

We were seated at 6:11 pm took a while for our server to come get our drink order we understood as it was packed. We ordered our appetizer and our meal with our drink order. Waited over 50 minutes and still no appetizer. Still no meal. They appoligized and still waited about 30 minutes and left at 7:45 Quite ridiculous probably won’t be back
