Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Did tell the hostess needed a table not a booth. We have handicapped person. She led us to a booth. Not thrilled. Would not accomodate. The waitress was phenomenal.

Me and my husband sat and waited for 25 minutes and no one ever came to take our order where people came after us got their order taken and it was ONLY 3 tables in our section! Olive Garden in Mentor DON'T PATRONIZE THAT PLACE, we got up and left and will never go back and we're telling EVERYONE we know!

Decided to have a later lunch with family and some kids, this was 2pm on 7/16. Walked in to ask for a table, and right away the host gave us attitude rude interaction and gave us attitude from the start. One of us in our party walked to see that there were many tables open, and the host yelled at her from just walking to see what tables were open. She yelled at her and then proceeded to yell to get the manager if she had a problem with it and did not care if she got in trouble. She kept giving us dirty looks and proceeded to still give us attitude even though the manager told her to stop. Alex the manager was very polite and helped us right away and apologized for her nasty attitude and mannerism. After this altercation with the host, we have had a great server the whole time and she has been awesome. Other than that, the host was nasty not what you want when you first walk into a restaurant and have attitude right away.

The hostess Nelly has been rude for over 20 years. I am appalled that she's still employed. She's rude to the customers, and staff.

I didn't eat in. I had it delivered and the soup and bread sticks were predictably awesome. The shrimp linguine was not. The pasta was hard in some places, not enough sauce made it dry and sadly, inedible. I got extra shrimp, too. 🫤 Just go with the chicken gnocchi soup and salad with bread sticks and you'll be fine. I'd definitely not chance it to delivery where you're stuck with it if it's bad. 1 hour wait, too.

We had a great experience at this Olive Garden location! Our server was fantastic, and our food was perfectly cooked! It was a Saturday night, so I was worried that there would be a long wait, but I used the Olive Garden website to get on the waitlist, and it worked out great! Our table was ready when we arrived.

Went to this generous, loving restaurant on Thursday (6/26) around the 3:30pm timeframe. We were seated to our table 10 to 15 seconds faster. Server kindly greeted us and, when asked what type of food and drinks we wanted, server was generous, humble, open-hearted and professional. Staff wasted absolutely zero time prepping our foods and drink. Tasted the breadsticks that were served at my table. They were absolutely delicious. Absolutely nothing short of delicious. Salad was delightful and tasted awesome. Chocolate milk was spectacular and superb. After that, I tasted the spaghetti later and it was super-excellent. Even the spaghetti noodles and marinara sauce is excellent. Service here is awesome and efficient, especially in providing very wonderful quality service. Staff here is generous, loyal, and professional and cares for its customers. Again, their service here is wonderful and efficient in every way. The entire meal that we had overall was awesome. Forever thankful for the very generous staff and their quality service for this incredibly awesome meal.

Its a great restaurant unless your a tall guy and not skinny build. They make thier booths extremely tight. Not comfortable at all

Brought home a doggie bag of the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Had to go away the next day so I put it in the freezer. When I got back I thawed it out and microwaved it for 1:35. The noodles were ok. The chicken was rock hard. I just called to ask why and the manager hung up on me. Very rude.

Found a worm in our food. Managers solution was one $20 for two people. Asked for a refund and she had an attitude as if I asked her to give me her first new born. Not an unreasonable request. We weren’t even rude and we could’ve made a scene if we wanted to.
