I’m extremely disappointed on the service I received on Saturday 3/16 . I placed my order online and had my friend pick up my order, and upon arrival my order was showed it was ready at 5:57 pm . My friend pulled in at 6pm let curbside server my know name and order details she passed over him brought out everyone else order in curbside but mine. After second attempt my friend called me waiting after 30 minutes to advise he was still at the restaurant I then asked for him to go inside she then passed food to him after it had been sitting for 40 minutes . Once the food reached me it was extremely cold due to poor service .

It was my first time here, and it did not disappoint. We had great service, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was delicious. Our server was attentive and entertaining. She gave great suggestions and cracked a few good jokes 😁 Price was even better for the great experience we had. 👍🏽

We called ahead for seating. The lady said oh you can just walk in we’re not that busy. We get there not even 5 mins later and she says it’s a 15 minute wait. We said politely oh we called and you said we could just walk in. The young hostess with dark brown hair and absolutely no smile or customer service whatsoever says “well that changed, so”. Are you kidding me??? What a bitchy thing to say to your customers for no reason. We sat at the bar and bartender was nice. Food took nearly two hours. Steak severely bland. We are never coming back.

We were there on Monday, early evening, celebrating a special anniversary. Our server was very friendly and polite. I ordered the 12oz prime rib, medium rare. Server asked if I wanted it just plain or Outback style. I opted for the latter... which as it turns out, means way, way, over seasoned and dried out. It seriously had no moisture in it and was extremely chewy. The "mashed" potatoes were cold and hard clumps, not mashed. No gravy. The side salad was ok. Hard to mess lettuce up. My husband was ok with his ribeye and baked potato, nothing spectacular. We decided not to have dessert or drinks. I was ready to leave. Very disappointed in the food. Prime rib should be juicy and warm. No plans on returning.
Walked in, didn’t have a table ready. So my girlfriend and I sat at the bar. Took almost ten mins just to get water, but got out menus within 3 mins. This is sitting at the bar on a Monday evening . Not very busy at all. I got the filet mignon and lobster tail. The filet mignon tasted like just a piece of meat with no seasoning. The broccoli came out cold, mashed potatoes were semi warm. Lobster tail, I got 3 bites off of it… tiny tiny..
My gf got the steak n ribs. She asked for medium rare. It’s more rare than what she wanted. Mashed potatoes look burnt. The cocktails were good tho…. Awful $100 spent….
Finally got to go back to outback in Mentor the other day. And it was fantastic! The service was speedy, got our drinks fast, and the food was excellent! The customer service was excellent. Me and my gf will def go back!!! Thanks again!!!

Starting with steak was so tough hardly could eat, didnt get mushrooms, onions etc. Blooming onion was so greasy which wasnt good. The sad part was ordered a childs burger and it might has well of been raw. Needless to say not going back!!

Our server was great, but the food left a lot to be desired. Both of our steaks were undercooked (almost raw vs medium rare) and the sides of fries were very small. To be fair, both issues were addressed when we brought it up, but for the price, we expected better. Won't be going back.

A fabulous dinner time experience with a great server. Dylan has strong people skills, was consistent and detail focused about the beverage menu and more. Enjoyed porterhouse steaks with baked potatoes, appetizer of an onion bloom and chocolate thunder from down under brownie ice cream fudge dessert. We arrived closer to 5 and the wait was fair with 30 minutes and slightly less. The quality was hot, cooked well done and medium for another in our party. Beer was smooth and crisp. Onion bloom had a peppery kick to it but was good. A very big shout out to all staff. I went when they originally opened and I was impressed by the appearance, vibe and pricing as it is now. Additionally, it is spacious for those with large parties in their group. Parking is accomodating whether close to the establishment or a brief 2 minute walk. Cleanliness and your food is made to order as you prefer. Kids menu is an option. Friendly staff that are in constant motion. Loved the Australia feel inside. Thank you for a nice Saturday out. 5/5 and will be back to try the towering chocolate cake next time.
