Recent order october 2025: I got food poisoning again!!! from Panera. At this location. This is the third time in two years that Panera has given me food poisoning, and I only order it a few times a year. I think I'm done with Panera I can't risk getting sick like this. Had the tuna sandwich, Mediterranean vegetable sandwich, and a salad with green goddess dressing.
You can see on the lake county food safety inspection reports that this location has had issues with temperature controlled foods not being kept at safe temperatures, on this year's inspection report in September, and on last year's inspection report in September 2024. Previous reports also indicate a history of not keeping foods at the proper temperature, and using coolers which are not fully in working order and therefore aren't keeping things cold enough.
Past order : There was no salad in the salad. I ended up adding half a head of iceberg lettuce at home to fill the bowl up midway. I’m irritated I spent $10 on it. Expectation versus reality for the new chicken bacon rancher sandwich is severe. I would’ve been so angry if I had paid $11 for 3 inch sandwich that was too salty to even eat 😂 it was gross.

Thanks for giving us the wrong food, after waiting forever. Looked like a 3 year old made it, and the sandwich tasted like garbage. Will never come here again.

The worst order I’ve ever received from here. Asked for 2 cans of soda, received two fountain drinks with melted ice. I figured whatever, not that serious. Then I opened my sandwich. APPALLING. Some crumbs of turkey and a tiny chunk of avocado with the a portion of the pit still attached. Mostly just bread, barely and chipotle sauce. Cold soup. A tiny piece of baguette for my friend’s salad. Absolutely pathetic. This place is trash.

Missing 1/3 of my order so you have to go find someone and because they have you order off this little kiosk it's not like you have a reciept to show them. Never got 1 item because it felt like they were upset everytime I asked for what was missing
