Very fresh and super tasty!
I just went here, Im still in the parking lot eating my food. Anyways, Bennett just made my order and I had to take the time to thank him, not only for grilling my turkey andmaking a perfect sandwich but also giving me vinegar i didnt ask for. You were right to give it to me and it made everything even better.
Food was great, the fries were delicious, the dining room looked like a great place to eat and while I havent gotten to it yet, I am looking forward to the cookie.
Love the real potato fries! I only eat fries that are fresh cut. All the others have too many chemicals. Why do they need to put wheat gluten on potatoes????
Josh greeted me politely and with a smile. The service that Josh gave made this stop worth it
Great location, very professional and food was delicious.

Food is good. Service and atmosphere is great. Everyone in the staff are very welcoming. They all worked really well to provide a really good dining experience. Tables and facilities are clean. Feels more like a *mom & pop* shop rather than a chain restaurant. Much better than other Penn Stations around the Cleveland area.

I asked for a chicken philly instead and got a mayo sandwich with onions. Barely any chicken inside...

So, I ordered 3 subs and fries with drinks. The total was about 60$. I ordered ahead and got to the store at the specified time. Standing there waiting for a good 20 minutes before someone finally says something. They gave one of my subs away to someone else. Instead of remaking it right away, they helped and made nearly 5 other people’s subs before remaking mine??? The manager finally stepped in, but Jesus. For 60$ you’d expect better service. I will never be returning.

Shockingly show. Waited 35 minutes for 2 subs, and they both came out wrong. Other people were waiting just as long, and also had problems with their orders. All of the employees seemed to be working in slow motion.

The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you and you tell them exactly what you want on it and type of bread, and even if you prefer it hot or cold. Their Italian is the best around, and so us their cheesesteak. And if you love fries at fairs, then these are the fries for you! They even have the malt vinegar. The staff greet you and are super friendly. They offer dine in or take out, or you can try the drive up ordering, but it is hard to understand each other. Prices are reasonable for portions.
