Ate here for the first time recently and returned shortly after. I’ve never tried Penn station but i loved it! This location is fantastic as the food has been great quality and the staff even better. So polite and helpful and make you feel very welcome! The dining room is also really clean!!

The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you and you tell them exactly what you want on it and type of bread, and even if you prefer it hot or cold. Their Italian is the best around, and so us their cheesesteak. And if you love fries at fairs, then these are the fries for you! They even have the malt vinegar. The staff greet you and are super friendly. They offer dine in or take out, or you can try the drive up ordering, but it is hard to understand each other. Prices are reasonable for portions.

Was very good. Italian sub had great flavor. The manager was very personable.
The food here is pretty good but the staff on my list visit was bizarre. The lady who took orders was Soo unpleasant, i ordered a Dagwood and she tried to tell me what was on the crate your own sandwich! When i told her no, i want these items instead, she was so annoyed with me. She even put my sandwich on the wrong bread and when i came back to have it replaced she was rude to me. The French fries, which are usually overflowing, didn't reach the top of the cup. The older taking lady was barking orders at the other employees and making them nervous. The whole place has a nasty, negative vibe.I'm glad it already love this place because if that was my first visit, i would never come back.

This is the WORST LOCATION i have ever been to... my father has a limp and can't walk to well so i parked by the door to order real fast and leave... well the guy soon as we walk in which happened to be the manager... he was the rudest person... should be working at mcdonalds... but we order and start to walk towards the cashier. He says is that your guys car. We said yes it is. He said you guys can't park there. We said oh okay thank you. He said excuse me? So we said thank you again... then he freaks out saying he's going to get it towed? Like excuse us but we are paying and then moving it.. what kind of manager acts like this that doesn't work at a McDonald's... bigger set guy bald.. and glasses very rude guy can't believe you guys hired someone like that to be a manager... speechless still safe to say will never go back to this one again
