Taste of their pizza shows how careless they are of pleasing their customers. My pizza was overcooked. Had the lines for the slices cut through the cheese but nowhere near cut through the crust. crust is burnt and cheese is sour.

5 consecutive orders, either delivered cold, wrong items, this time 3/8/2025, 1 large pizza not delivered and when we called, told we have to come and pick it up. Piss poor pathetic business practice, and to top it off, would not refund our money for the missing pizza. The pizza we did get had the wrong toppings and it was our fault! How?

My boyfriend wanted to try pizza hut! He had never had it before. We got the $10 large. The pizza was burnt, the cupped pepperoni was so over cooked it was hard. The crust was so burned it was unedible. ( you can see in the picture). 1 star for a cute box but worst pizza ever!!!

Update 4/13/24 Stopped in again today and the food is Great as Usual. I also need to shout out Evan for his Amazing and warm customer service. He greeted me as soon as I came in and today is super windy. Evan went out of his way to open the door for me so my food wouldn't blow away as I left. I just really appreciate great customer service and wanted to shout out Evan and this great location!Great food as usual and delivery driver was kind as usual, keep up the great work!

pizza hut is usually my go to place for pizza but lately every time i order from this spot, they always make a thin pizza. Is it just me or does this pizza hut legit forget what a pizza looks like? Cuz it ain't supposed to be that thin Ill say that much lol

I ordered a dinner box from here on Friday 1/5 around 8-9ish everything in the box was hard/dry and over cooked this was my first and last time coming to this

This store used to be really good, but I’ve had issues lately. Everything from not following delivery instructions to not putting toppings on pizza that I paid for to not making the right crust (despite my paying $1 extra for the Original Pan).

Wow. I’m usually a fan of Pizza Hut, but the Mentor Avenue location made me a super-fan. The service from the two young gentlemen, Kyle and Ryan, was second to none. With their service, this wasn’t just a meal - it was an experience.
