What a joke of an experience. Ordered for a timed pickup at 4pm for 5:15. Pull up to the drive thru window only to be told they can’t find my order and I just have sent it to a different store, then I was rudely told to move on. I called my husband and he sent me all the confirmations, I got back in the drive thru line and waited. Came up to the window with the confirmation for that store at that time. The order was already pre paid for. They still couldn’t find it, and said sorry there is nothing we can do. I said that’s fine, I just wanted my money back. Finally a manager came over and searched for the order and found it. The order wasn’t even close to being made. The order I had ordered at 4 for a 5:15 pickup wouldn’t be ready for another 90 minutes. I asked for them to cancel the order, and it has still not been returned to my card. Now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. What a joke. If you have too many orders, stop answering the phone to take them. Adjust the app to tell people that it is a 2 hour wait and not 20 minutes. If you can’t adjust to changes in the business volume, get out of the business.

I ordered food for delivery. Got the food on time and hot. But I was missing one of the sides. I tried calling the store and it redirected me to a 3rd party that claimed they were transferring to the store. The call was dropped or I was hung up on. I called back and the call center told me to call back in 10 minutes. I am so annoyed. Did not get my food or my money back. Very upset

Arrr, Pizza Hut be a fine galley for any pirate cravin’ a hearty pie! The crust be golden and crisp, the cheese be melty and plentiful, and the toppings be piled high like treasure in a chest. The crew be quick and friendly, servin’ up slices hotter than a cannon blast, whether ye dine in or have yer feast delivered straight to yer ship. Ordered the $2 tuesday personal pan pizzas. What a joke! They were baked in a pasta tin, the cheese was burnt. The pizza was not cut. It was greasy and soggy! Called another store to verify the baking process for these pizzas and was told they should have cooked them in a pizza baking pan, then cut and placed them in a personal pizza sized box. I will forward this experience to the District Manager, then the Regional Manager if needed. Maybe even the Area Manager over Northeast Ohio!

Ordered two personal pan pizzas and some wings. The pizza was dry, cold and just nasty, the wings were from the end of the bag that was not meat just hard and stale. Delivery took 45 min and once I called the store the manager was very rude and said she made the pizza herself it was sauce on the pizza, when I’m telling her their was no sauce at all and I can show her. Then I explained the wings she wanted to defend them instead of listening to what the customer was complaining about she told me she could not do a refund but instead can remake the order. I told her I would not let her remake my food because her attitude was too horrible and now I do not trust her with my food. To say no refunds when you just wasted $26 on food u wouldn’t feed your dog is bad business! I will be calling corporate! And the store owner!

This is supposed to be the new pull apart crust n it’s a stuff-crust with lines plus horrible cutting of pizza n the New Yorker double pepperoni n it’s less than regular pepperoni. Tried calling to complain n no answering of the phone. Not very happy at all.

Today I order from here haven't order in a bit because my extra pepperoni tavern did not have extra on it last time Well today I order their large 12.99 cheesy bites pizza extra cc pep and reg pep and extra cheese yes I know I put extra so I paid for it but there was no extra on it and it looks like a stuff crust not a cheesy bite pizza guess I won't be returning. And the four stars are for the door dasher who was very professional

Horrible service and food. We ordered two pizzas for pickup, and my partner went to get them. He gave them my name multiple times, but they still tried to give him the wrong order—and attempted to charge him for it. Their system charged and refunded our account several times.
It wasn’t until I sent my partner the confirmation showing the order was already paid for that they finally located it. As he was leaving, another employee pointed out that the first employee had mixed up the orders. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the original employee started swearing and shouting.
And to top it all off, the pizzas were completely bland—no flavor, no care.
We will never order from this store again. Completely unprofessional.
