I’ve been here often in the past, but not since Slice became Pizzazz. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the experience. The floors were dirty and littered. The help was slovenly dressed. The eggplant and chicken entrees we ordered were tough and dry and tasted burnt. This is one of the few quaint and quiet places to eat in Mentor, and it is unfortunate that the owners have let things slide. I hope they improve things. We’ll try one more time…

Paid $13/each for two grilled chicken Caesar salads on 4/5/22. Picked up the order at 8:20pm. Got home and found no chicken on the salads, and the most pathetic looking salads. In the pictures, those are croutons. So lettuce, some croutons, and a sprinkle of cheese for $26. I tried calling the store at 8:50pm, 10 minutes before they closed and no one would answer.

Best Italian dressing. New York Style Thin Pizza Crust. Love the Cauliflower, Eggplant, Spinach, Banana Pepper Pie. Thank you, Dana!

Not worth the high prices they charge for their food. Wings had no sauce, and I didn’t order dry rub style. Pizza was average, so I won’t be a repeat customer.
