Today, Wednesday, about two I went in to get my favorite, raging berry. I always grab some for my family too. Been doing this for years now. Every week, saturdays afternoon. Weekly ritual. I adore the crews that I’ve dealt with. These guys are amazing. Best smoothies. Always smiling, and has given me some good nail painting advice.
I had a little…problem a few days ago with a crew I don’t normally deal with. Haven’t seen any of em. And it was bad. A pretty big mess up involving everyone working and another worker of another business close by.
Today when I got my usuals, I just let the ladies know what happened. I don’t expect free stuff. I didn’t say anything for entitlement. It was a mess up. But they took care of it.
I saw the looks on their faces and how fast they went to war for me. It made my day in a way they can’t understand.
I love these guys. I’m going to keep coming a few times a week. I’m going to keep supporting them how I can. But if I walk in and see a group I don’t know…it isn’t smoothie day that day.
I really want to bring attention to the three women working today who stepped up for me. They are badasses and I hope will be rewarded and recognized.
To the three of you, thank you. Things have been incredibly difficult in my life for the last year. When I get my drink and get home I just sigh. Today I smiled. Today I’ve been thinking about how three people that don’t know me well stood up for me. And that’s badass.

Edit: I would have given five stars for service too except for Sunday. That was the day that the straw broke the back. But I would absolutely change it to five in the future.

Always great service here, the girl with the blue shirt on and hair braided goes above and beyond as well as the young kid with long hair he always is very attentive which makes the trip way faster to be in an out !!! Awesome work yall keep it up 🔥🔥🔥

I’ve been to this location many times but on October 2nd I got a honey mustard chicken wrap and a mango tango and have been hit with food poisoning. Ruined my weekend plans with friends and family. Not happy and will absolutely never go back. Day 3 of not being able to hold water down. Thanks pulp.

I walked into the store tonight around 8:30PM and another lady walked in before me. The girl at the register was taking the woman’s order while the other employee was cleaning up, it looked as though everything was being closed for the night. The girl that was cleaning looked at me and looked at the cashier and looked back at me while saying “BRUH” really loud making it obvious that she was made that people walked in 30 minutes before 9. I’ve never in my life witnessed something so rude because I eat at different places all the time and never had to deal with something quite like this. I walked out of Pulp without ordering anything and I will never go back. Bad for business! I wish I caught names but I was so angry I had to leave. I called up there to ask about when the owner will be there or manager and the girl on the phone replied that he is hardly ever in there and wouldn’t be able to help me with when to call or how to get a hold of him.
It's the one by my place. And every time i've gone, there it has been well, right.

I would give 10 stars if I could.There are multiple reasons why I LOVE the Mentor Pulp store.~The smoothies are AMAZING! The taste of them is worth every penny.~The staff in my opinion is like a piece of gold. The ladies always have a smile on their face and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. Jenna, Savannah and Olivia have my order memorized so they make it extra special each time. They also show so much respect when they ask how my mom is doing as she battles pancreatic cancer.~Thank you to the owner of the Mentor Pulp store and the team of young ladies that offer such a great experience that makes me come back almost ever day.*Melanie Thomas*
