Picked up a Catering order and got in an accident right after the cup of Cane's sauce didn't spill 10/10 will Cane's and Crash

Not sure what all the fuss is about. The bread is good, admittedly. The chicken is just "meh," though. Without that sauce, it would be downright bland and just average. With that's said, the combo of the two is solid.

* 2023 This was my first adventure in a Raising Cane's. My first thought was that I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich more than I originally thought I would. Also, the wait wasn't too long and I was full by the end of my meal. I think the first time was a good experience, I will try again!Edit 3-29-24.After another visit here, I had to change and edit my thoughts about my 2nd visit. The worst thing a restaurant can do is leave bodily extremities in or on the food, and this includes tangled hair into the chicken, YUCK! I was very hopeful and optimistic that this place wouldn't turn into KFC. My order was made right with a credit, but Please do better in the future!

I spent $50 on food for my family and I. After waiting for 20 minutes I said we've been waiting forever where's our food? It was ready and was sitting on their side of the counter. I declined the cold food and requested a refund. The manager said "oh yeah, that keeps happening."

I loved Canes in Texas and I've finally found one in Ohio. Same great tasting chicken. Music was a bit loud and several tables needed cleaning but we'll worth the trip.

The food was fresh and the employees were nice to work with. It was a good experience with this place today and the place is well kept both inside and outside. The Texas toast was good as well. Employees made me feel welcomed.

The service is terrible and they don’t care about giving you fresh food. They gave me food that smelled like it’s was cooked twice. This location is just a joke. I have to go to mayfield to get good service.
