Tried with a free pizza coupon and it was so dry like it had been sitting out for hours prior… salad was also half wilted and the tomatoes were so shriveled and squishy I threw them out. Would not come back for myself :/

I love rascal house and I love the business model with the slices. I was surprised to find this location unequipped with no gloves stored at the station for the people serving the slices of pizza, as let's be honest, it's just best practice to use one when hand serving a slice that would be considered a packaged, prepared, ready to eat hot hold item. In addition, I was surprised at the temperature of my slice, I was hoping for a bit warmer. That said, the recipe and such were well executed and what resulted was a mediocre slice overall. I'll try again for sure, but put some gloves up at that counter guys! Thanks :)

I just wanted two slices of supreme which wasn't ready. They politely said we're happy to get that for you if you can wait a few minutes. I did and got the slices I wanted for a great price

I love Rascal house. It’s so close to where I live I could walk there and be home in 5 minutes. I ordered some food tonight, it was accurate and done quickly. I would leave a 5 star if it weren’t for the wings. I ordered buffalo, and they were so spicy I couldn’t even eat them. Threw them right in the trash. Please come out with a mild option. :(

I can't speak to the service or atmosphere because I just do take out, but man. In terms of dough and ingredients this place tastes great but the amount of skimping they do on toppings is crazy. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, one piece of pepperoni per slice. Ordered their specialty buffalo chicken pizza, one piece of microwave chicken breast per slice and ranch so it's like I'm eating buffalo ranch cheesy bread.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni lover on Uber. I got a large pizza that had none of the toppings I requested and garlic bread that I didn’t order. I didn’t get anything that u ordered. I called the store and was very nice and the girl who answered was very rude and then after she said I had to go through Uber with a tone, she hung up in the middle of my sentence. Didn’t apologize or allow me to come swap my food. Very disappointing. Very rude. It was dinner for two people who worked a 16 hour shift. I will not be going back.
