I love this place. The staff is what makes me come here frequently. They are amazing, friendly, and they go above and beyond every single service. Food is made with the utmost love and the drinks are served to satisfy with every sip. RWB is my go to. You all make my day every time I visit. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication to every service. Thank you all!!! We’ll see you again soon!!!

Let me start off by saying I have been buying cigars from this place for well over 6 years. I have bought easily over 1000 cigars from Red, Wine, and Brew in Mentor. Many boxes in the process as well. They actually brought in the Fat Bottom Betty,
Black #6, and many of the Alec Bradley cigars because of my influence. I have felt like a staple to their company for many years. I have came to cigar events, hosted multiple parties, and spent thousands of dollars in the process. Bought maybe 100 bottles of wine and have consistently used this place for beer runs over the years. Anyways I tried to pick up multiple cigars today and was offered absolutely no discount. Clearly these people who I have never seen before tried to help me and said there is no discount on 4 cigars. I have always been offered some type of discount as a loyal patron for years. I do not know if management changed or what, but I have never in the 6 years of coming here been treated like that. Absolutely no customer loyalty at all. And the one woman who did know me stood by and said absolutely nothing. Nice job. Well guess what they just easily lost one of their best customers for life. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Good job Red, Wine, and Brew. You truly dropped the ball with this one. Good riddance.

My family came here in January, excellent experience so we wanted to come back. Our party was big, so I understand a few mishaps. But our waitress, Gianna, was horrendous. Honestly believe she forgot about our table. Half of the party had finished eating before the other half received their food, one of which was a salad. One of my family members approached our waitress standing in the corner on her phone, Gianna promised she was “splitting the bill” but came to our table 5 mins later to ask who had what items. Just terrible and I’m honestly embarrassed I brought my family here. Will not be returning.

This was great for a kid free date night with the hubby! It was quiet and laid back with a friendly staff that gives you space and isn't in your face every 5 minutes (Shout out to Stephan S)!
The drink list was phenomenal and there were plenty of awesome $4 beers to choose from! Not to mention, there's basically a Drank Library attached with make your own 6 packs and some really cool flavors!
Now for the food... The Baja Fish Tacos were AWESOME and made with some Delicious Walleye 😋 The Cuban was pretty good but, it had a taste of tuna that was just a little odd. And we were excited to try the Bistro Bison Burger and, even though we asked for Medium, we were still given the "chef recommended medium rare". I get it, it's better this way or whatever have you but, I couldn't even eat it so I took it home and cooked it a little longer and it was fabulous!!

Great visit to the restaurant. Henry was our waiter. He was fantastic. He suggested a wine that was nice and smooth. Ordered bruschetta bread for an appetizer. Very good. My wife and I had a side house salad. Dressing was pleasant. Chicken marsala with the mashed potatoes was very good. Wife had linguine and meatballs. Pasta was good but she said the meatballs were salty. I tasted them and yes, way over salted. Getting to why only 4 stars. The restaurant smelled horribly of cigar smoke and I don't mean a little. I understand there is a cigar bar located on the property but if you can't separate that issue, I will only visit in the summer when the windows are open and there is more ventilation.

Wine was good, food was great! The problem was trying to pay out bills. We had nine people at our table with six separate bills. As we were ready to leave one couple had not received their bill and the rest of us were waiting 20 minutes to pay. Our waitress out right avoided eye contact. We got the attention of the hostess who came over to table. We told her we were trying to pay our bills and get bill for the last couple. The hostess simply said "oh there's nothing I can do about that " turned around and walked off!!! Oh I forgot to mention this was my first time here. I'd come back for the food but not so much for reasturant helpfulness. Lacking professional service.

Stopped for a drink on a Friday. While the place was busy, there was still room for a few more. More. The staff seemed very attentive. I did not eat but what came out of the kitchen look fantastic and we'll go back to try food.

My granddaughter and 7 of us ladies stopped by your restaurant to have lunch after a wonderful day trying wedding dresses on for her wedding. After having a fun day we stopped here and it was a very disappointing experience. Our waiter,(Henry) spoiled our perfect day. He was so rude to us girls. Asking for something, he snapped at one of the girls for asking for mayonnaise. He raised his voice and said, I heard you. My pizza was burnt , so I asked him about it and he raised his voice at me and told me it was coming. I wish we could have put him on a tape to show you. Our friends from Chardon had a baby shower there and had this same waiter. They said they would never go there again. He made their day so uncomfortable!
Was wondering if you could please correct my receipt. Henry added appetizers on my check that wasn’t mine and alcohol drinks that were not mine. I asked him about my check and he walked away. He added 20% to my check when there was only two of us together. He certainly wasn’t worth a tip at all. The other six ladies were on a separate check.
This place is so beautiful, it’s ashamed having people like this waiting on people.

Solid place but If they don’t get rid of their server Henry they will lose business. The way he treated my family yesterday is appalling. Uses phrases like “I heard you the first time.” “How many times are you going to ask me?” He yelled at my mom that her pizza was burnt and he’s bringing another one out when she simply inquired on her meal. You can do better than Henry, Red Wine and Brew.
