I love this place. The staff is what makes me come here frequently. They are amazing, friendly, and they go above and beyond every single service. Food is made with the utmost love and the drinks are served to satisfy with every sip. RWB is my go to. You all make my day every time I visit. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication to every service. Thank you all!!! We’ll see you again soon!!!
This place is very clean and connected to a large store of every beer and wine that you can think of from every region. The bar has a really nice selections of beers that you try before purchasing and a nice plethora of wines and mixed cocktails. You can purchase cigars in the store and enjoy them or a cigarette out on a designated outdoor area(that is tented and heated in winter months). The food is fine if you like basic flatbreads and a small menu of burgers and basic food. The reason I say it is basic is because they used to have a really nice menu of oxtail, a red pepper sauce gnocchi, a goulash style dish and a lot of other really nice choices. I feel that they have shortened the menu down to a basic bar style menu that is a little pricey, instead of the really nice restaurant selection that they used to have, especially when you can make the restaurant side as nice as the bar side of it. The place is very clean and the servers are very kind and knowledgeable on both the store and restaurant side.

The bartender, Corey, is the best. The manager, Joe, is always so welcoming. We are always treated like family when we come here, being greeted as soon as we walk in. Good is great, and the rotating beer selection always has something for everyone.

I went to purchase some cigars and saw that the lounge wasn’t too busy so we decided to have some dinner. After initially being sat and welcomed by the waitress to take our water orders that was the last we saw of our waitress. We waited, and waited and waited for any kind of service. No drink orders or even app orders. We think our blonde middle aged waitress went out of her way to ignore us. From staying inside, to cleaning a table and taking to most obscure route to grab cleaning supplies we never heard from her again. On our walk out I sarcastically saying “thanks for the great service” and she said you’re welcome. No clue of that we were even there or not taken care of. If you’re hungry and in the area, your best bet is to go to Ridgewood Tavern and get a lot better service.

Let me start off by saying I have been buying cigars from this place for well over 6 years. I have bought easily over 1000 cigars from Red, Wine, and Brew in Mentor. Many boxes in the process as well. They actually brought in the Fat Bottom Betty,
Black #6, and many of the Alec Bradley cigars because of my influence. I have felt like a staple to their company for many years. I have came to cigar events, hosted multiple parties, and spent thousands of dollars in the process. Bought maybe 100 bottles of wine and have consistently used this place for beer runs over the years. Anyways I tried to pick up multiple cigars today and was offered absolutely no discount. Clearly these people who I have never seen before tried to help me and said there is no discount on 4 cigars. I have always been offered some type of discount as a loyal patron for years. I do not know if management changed or what, but I have never in the 6 years of coming here been treated like that. Absolutely no customer loyalty at all. And the one woman who did know me stood by and said absolutely nothing. Nice job. Well guess what they just easily lost one of their best customers for life. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Good job Red, Wine, and Brew. You truly dropped the ball with this one. Good riddance.
My family came here in January, excellent experience so we wanted to come back. Our party was big, so I understand a few mishaps. But our waitress, Gianna, was horrendous. Honestly believe she forgot about our table. Half of the party had finished eating before the other half received their food, one of which was a salad. One of my family members approached our waitress standing in the corner on her phone, Gianna promised she was “splitting the bill” but came to our table 5 mins later to ask who had what items. Just terrible and I’m honestly embarrassed I brought my family here. Will not be returning.
