I loved this place and ordered from here almost daily. A few months ago I started getting bowls that were very burnt and had a bad smell. This has happened on more than one occasion and my brother experiences the same thing when ordering separately. Not sure if they got a new cook but the food is almost inedible now. Hoping they can get things worked out and will give it a few more tries before I give up completely.

We order this mostly to go, but every stir fry I’ve ordered has been great. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, the classic stir fry and teriyaki sauces are flavorful, and the serving sizes are generous.I am doing weight watchers and love the flexibility of getting a cabbage base or a half rice half cabbage base to save on points.

The first time my husband and I tried this place it was great, but that was a few years ago. The last time we had it I got sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. It’s been over a year since that incident, and my husband convinced me to give it another shot today. It happened again. Within hours of eating lunch I’m in total misery with stomach pain, and I’m not looking forward to what follows that. I don’t know what is causing me to get sick every time I eat here, because I do like the food. My only complaint is they tend to drown everything in the sauce. Hubby loves this place and it doesn’t seem to affect him like it does me, but his bowl is always much different from mine. He’ll just have to have it without me from now on.

This is my first time here. The first thing I noticed was I was greeted by a very nice guy Wes. He explained the entire process to me. The food was fresh and tastes really good. I highly recommend coming here. If I could give it more than a five-star I would.

Great place for lunch. You select your protein, vegetables and sauce. The very helpful staff then gets your food from behind a plexiglass barrier and takes it to be turned into stir fry. The vegetables, which you can see behind the plexiglass, were all fresh and appetizing. There was a huge choice of sauces. The food comes out hot and delicious. (I would skip the vegetable spring roll, the filling was mushy). The staff person was constantly cleaning while we were there eating and the whole place was very clean. Very happy to have a tasty but healthy place to go for lunch!

We did not have a good experience. Stir fry was soupy and not very flavorful. Egg roll was literally cold inside. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Tables were not clean. Floor dirty as well. And to add on to this already not so good experience we noticed they were fulfilling carry out orders before dine in customers which I can't stand. I get it the whole word is short staffed but restaurants should really try to focus on the folks dining in and sitting right in front of you. When we walked in there was two other people in the restaurant however what seemed like 10 Other orders in front of us because I'd carry out. I would of not gone in if I knew they were that busy bc of time restraints.

San Francisco Stir Fry is one of those places you're glad you stumbled into. Staff is friendly and will help if needed but its easy: Pick your meat, veggies, and sauce and they cook it all up for you in minutes. I've driven the food home 20 minutes away and it's still hot! I have probably been here 30 times (I keep coming back) over the years and never had a problem.

Went to pick up food. Once I arrived the cashier said about 5 more minutes. No problem they're busy. I went back in after 15 minutes to ask and got literally screamed at by some dude cooking. Very rude and unprofessional. If this dude is that miserable maybe find a new career. Where I come from when u treat a paying customer in that manner it's immediate see ya!!
