I would give a 0 if I could. I have never been to this store before but I though why not. I have never been tried by an elderly man this way. I think he's the sales person for the thrift store. Well when I asked him if they had any Jewish rye bread. he was very about him self stating "We don't have Jewish Rye.the stores come first and we probably won't have any even if you call." i will never go back to this store. I guess the idea if the customer comes first is no longer in existence

I visited today, with my young daughter, and was met by an older gentleman running the register. He had been straightening the shelves and greeted us so kindly. Most definitely manners we don't see much anymore. Unfortunately, as we were checking out a male customer (old enough to know better - 60+) entered the store and for some reason began interacting with a fellow customer and was completely ignorant and disrespectful with total disregard that a young child was standing feet away. His language was completely inappropriate, and the female employee was very quick to point out there were "young ears" close by. This man, walked into the parking lot to continue yelling at the other customer that had left. We happened to be walking to the car when this happened as well- to which my daughter was visibly upset by his behavior. While this total episode isn't by actions of any employee - I applaud the two employees, working up front, for trying to keep things calm and be attentive to manners and consideration where that rude customer was obviously lacking. I hope those two employees know they were appreciated, especially in the uncertainty of today's world.
