Daughter and I both ordered two chocolate chip pancakes each. There were no chocolate chips in the top pancake and 3 in the bottom pancake. When I got the bill I was shocked to be charged $1.79 X 2 for the literally six chocolate chips. Ridiculous!!!

I have ordered the vegetables omelette and it came with bacon and i told them before that I don’t need any meat in my omelette i am allergic to it. After I complained about it they have been rude to me and gave me attitude, so i just left the place.

Placed a pick up order for 6 people. All of our hash browns were burnt to a crisp worse than eating a rock, None of the toast looked like it was toasted at all as well as the french toast taste like complete plastic and the syrup is spicy like they added hot sauce in it.

We got a private room for a meeting, fit 12 comfortably. The food was great and our server was very attentive and helpful even when the meeting went on after we finished eating. Will definitely be back on my own

In the last 2 months I've been here three times the first time I ordered over easy eggs and the yolks were cooked all the way through second time I got biscuits and gravy to go and it was great third time I got biscuits and gravy to go the biscuits are raw and there was not even enough gravy for one biscuit
Phenomenal food, there isn’t a better breakfast spot on Mentor Ave. I’ve tried quite a few different foods off their menu and the skillets and omelets are amazing, very very good portion sizes too! And on top of that, the prices are very reasonable, usually spend $16-$22 if I go alone

This is a great little diner-style restaurant in Mentor, near Target. The breakfast is killer, with extremely good quality food. Their pancakes are tender and tasty, and their omelets are massive. So worth the relatively low cost. Stop by when you can!

I had lunch here today, the place was almost empty. I had a double deck BLT. This was the worse sandwich I have ever had. The bacon was so old and tough I couldn't even chew it. Must of been old bacon from breakfast or yesterday's breakfast. The fries were good. I asked for lemon in my water and it was old as well. This was my first time and my last time eating here.

Food was ok but the toast was burnt and it was just ok. The poor waitress was the only one on the floor. She was kind and attentive but definitely overstretched. I never got a refill on my coffee because she was so busy. I don't think I'll go back but maybe it was a bad day for the employees. For me I would choose a different place for breakfast next time.

The menu is so good, so many options and everything I've ever had here is really good. All the servers were really nice and very fast and super helpful. Sam especially!

Service wasn't bad, server was nice. Food was soggy and undercooked. Probably won't come back. Bad first impression. I can make better at home.

This is a good place but not cheap. I like going with my best friend for brunch once in awhile. The food needs to be a little better to cost as much as it does but that is why we don't go all the time :)

Used to come here twice every weekend, service became so bad we decided to go elsewhere and have been for over 1.5 yrs. Decided to come back and try again last weekend. Service was worse. Said maybe a fluke and came back today. Service just as bad. Seating decisions put people on top of each other instead of spacing them out for a little comfort.
We will not be back. Poorly managed, which brings me to the fact that the manager never once made a dining room appearance.
No pancake or waffle gluten free option

I have been going to Marie Scramblers for more than 12 years. I have been to three different franchises. First on Secor Road in Toledo Ohio, then on Central Avenue in Sylvania Township, and now in Mentor Ohio. I have been to this restaurant at least 20 times. I've experienced the name change from Cafe Marie's to Marie Scramblers. I've experienced menu changes. I saw Katie Holmes with her family in Sylvania Township, sitting at a table near us. I have experienced the continual staff changes in Toledo and Mentor. Every time I go there, I see a new hostess and at least one new server. The food is good but the continual turnover is not.
