Ordered pickup and order was totally screwed up. The nacho portion was so much smaller than what they give inside plus they forgot all the extras I ordered. Never going back! There are plenty of restaurants in Mentor, 100s, I can easily cut this one out forever! I'm sick of you people constantly screwing up orders so you eat this one star review and it will never change from me.

After being completely ignored for over 30 minutes at the restaurant across the parking lot (you know who you are), we stormed out and headed to Smokey Bones—and thank goodness we did!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, seated immediately, and had drinks at our table in under five minutes. Our server was friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care that we were there—what a concept!
The food? Delicious. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone amazing, the sides were hot and fresh, and everything came out lightning fast—even with our party of nine.
Smokey Bones didn’t just feed us—they restored our faith in restaurants. We’ll be coming back here instead of wasting time anywhere else.
Shoutout to the staff—you all were incredible. Keep doing what you’re doing!

The food tasted good for food. It tasted like good barbecue. Some items were requested, but never received. The service was slower than slower than a Chevy with three tires, but they made up for it at the end by giving us a free side.
