We came in with a party of 27 for a 70th birthday party, and the server Denzel was amazing. It was just him, and he got all the orders correct, including two allegern meals. His pacing on apps, drinks/refill, food, leftover containers, and even plates for a cake we brought ourselves was outstanding. He did a phenomenal job managing such a large party making the birthday celebration great!

Went for dinner, group of 3. It may have been slower tonight since fish frys started, but it was perfect for us to catch up and not feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Our server, Sierra/Cierra (sorry if not spelled correctly!!), was absolutely delightful - she was very attentive and friendly, a real gem in a world where everyone else seems to act like you're a bother to them. A gentleman (perhaps the manager?) also walked around and checked on everyone and was also very personable.
We got ribs (both kinds) and pulled pork. Food came out fast and was very good, refills were always taken care of. Would definitely return.

I chose to have my bday dinner here after reading the reviews. The baby back ribs and the brisket smelled rancid🤢. Our server Laniyah did all she could to accommodate. She was so amazing! The kitchen should really be ashamed of themselves. We spent over $400 for a party of 15. Yall are dead wrong for serving people rotten food. 🤢I've vomited twice since I got home. So, I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning. Happy birthday to me. 🤢🤢🤢

I came here with my family to celebrate, we had high hopes with this being all of our first time coming to this restaurant. Sadly it did not meet our high expectations. I ordered pulled chicken and brisket both of which were very dry and cold. One thing that made the evening was our server laniyah, who gave us excellent service.

Denzel was excellent as always. He was very attentive to our needs. He also brought things we needed before we asked, like drink refills. Our food came out hot and the timing was good. Jay was also excellent. He was very welcoming and always serve with a smile. He too was attentive to our needs. Both Denzel and Jay made our dinner wonderful.
Katie was an excellent server. She was responsive and intuitive. Food was good. We left satisfied. The manager is always very nice and checked on us. Every time we go to Smokey Bones, the manager is there working hard and working right alone side the staff.
