Kailey was a breath of fresh air in the after math of 1 of the worst two (2) week periods my significant other have every had. With that, we decided & prayed to have a good evening wherever we go. God led us to Smokey Bones & it’s clear the reason was because we needed her + her energy! She accepted us with open arms, a warm personal, and a sense of connection to us that we never experienced with a server as a couple. All the stresses & worriers of the world went away during our time with Kailey! Thank God for her & the fact that your organization hired her. Please share the we will be forever grateful our time with & the opportunity for our fresh start to be reignited from her being simply awesome. The pulled pork was dry & salty, the double decker burger was bland & lacking flavor, it's been 21 years since I was there, it will be 21 before I go back.

Our waiter, Denzel, was very helpful! We wanted ribs and wings and he helped up figure out the logistics of the menu to optimize our order. He helped us understand the difference between the signature and imported ribs. We ended up ordering both and desert along with their some of their signature drinks! Great place and fairly priced.

Ordered some ribs to go. Nice flavor. Haven't been there for several years after a bad experience. Food was much improved.Had a brisket grilled cheese sandwich today. Excellent fries..... perfect!

Great food, the ribs were fall of the bone perfection and the aesthetics in the building are awesome. Our waiter Denzel did a beautiful job and got our food and drinks out quickly. Not only that he made sure to keep my drink full, I was drinking that lemonade like my life depended on it.

We went in on a Sunday evening but were seated right away. We had great service at the bar by Denzel, he was attentive and kind. The place was pretty quiet and we were able to just eat and enjoy ourselves no frills. The food was pretty good for the price but the cornbread will always bring me back. Thanks!
