I visited your location this morning and usually I have a good experience but today was specifically great. I arrived shortly before the store opens at 10a but Owen (employee) was prompt and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. When I pulled around I thanked him after I confirmed the store technically wasn't open until 10a (it was approximately 9:50a). It was just him working and he got to work early and was set up and ready to go well before 10a which I think is impressive and commendable especially for young adults these days! He made my Espresso Gladiator pretty quick and was very friendly. He deserves recognition for going the extra mile and being a good worker especially when nobody is watching! Thanks Owen you made my morning better!!

There is one employee that we have observed multiple times that spends more time socializing with the other workers as customers are waiting. My last visit I observed this as I sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes only to have my order made incorrectly. Otherwise if efficiency was addressed I would for sure rate this store a 5

The kids working here never have supervision so they barely do anything. Smoothies used to be alright but now they're not any good. The bowls are way less filled than they used to be and they were already overpriced then. Fruits are always soggy now and service is dismal. I've finally deleted my account and uninstalled the app.

Very disappointed asked for my 3 smoothies to be made thicker and they where extremely watery like a milkshake gone bad. So watery I couldn't even have any enjoyment so watery tasted like I was drinking milk.

This location is amazing. I had an issue at smoothie King in Mayfield and they refuse to remake my smoothies that they messed up on. I called this location. The manager was very accommodating very nice. Apologize for the poor service I received at the other location. I would make the extra effort to go to only this location in the Paige location because their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond.

Great smoothies with very friendly staff. I order ahead for pickup and my order is always ready on time and waiting for me in a cooler.
I enjoy the PB Swizz Açaí Bowl, at times they are hit or miss. Often times great, consistent texture, other times a little watered down texture. I enjoy the no bananas and sub strawberries, for some reason staff will try to skip out on the sub strawberries and just leave the bananas out which isn’t fair, but I always double check to sure I get those strawberry toppings :) it’s happened twice and each time I have a concern the staff is typically there to correct it!
This location is clean and has seating in the inside.

Stopped there at the Mentor location this morning on my way to work. Not a frequenter of these types of places but I was searching for ways to get more protein. Not really knowing much about how this smoothie place works or what's good, the lovely lady working there this morning (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful even gave me a sample. I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.

Great experience at Smoothie King Mentor. Lots of options for all age groups. Knowledgeable staff answered all the questions and got everyone in the group a group product, Easy access .. Lots of Parking and drive thru. Pleasant and personable staff. I am coming back frequently
