I paid for $45 in gas and used my points to get 10 cents off per gallon. The pump didn’t work so I went to another pump but I was out my points and no longer able to use my discount. I was assured I would be refunded my $45, we will see. This is why I go to Sheetz now. This is bad business

I've been coming to this gas station for nearly 5 years and it continously has something broke. The pumps will not accept my speedy card anymore, the ac broke over the summer and they never fixed it and finally what's most frustrating is that again they can't take a card at the pump or in the store. This specific issue has taken place so many times I can't remember a total number. Id say more than 10 times. The owner needs to fix these problems. I can easily go to another GAS STATION like Giant Eagle down the road closer to my house.

The customer service, friendly spirits of Jay and Van are the reason i still enjoy going to Speedway. They were polite and took care of me expeditiously - employees like them are what keeps customers.

so this place is so freaking cheap and does not care about its customers that it will not replace its air conditioning it has been without an air conditioner for probably at least 4 months by the time of this post on July 22nd..so when you buy any chocolate prepare to buy it melted or have to bring it home and put it in your fridge because they do not care these people are as ignorant as it comes!!!

the man who works nights at the register (taller, heavier set, glasses, greasy hair, 20s or early 30s) corners and harasses women who come into the store alone with his unprompted, frightening, and intense political rhetoric. i've experienced this personally as has a friend of mine, and have also seen him make inappropriate personal comments to women even with a store full of people. will never return to this speedway location

If i could give them negative stars i would. To start there is an older lady with blonde wavy hair who has the nastiest attitude and then there is a tall dark skinned guy with dreds who literally had me leaving the store crying. Not only does he not know what accountability is in a work place when making a mistake, but also failed at fixing the situation at hand! This store is the worst I've been to and will never be back. I'm sure you guys are glad to read that but I'm even more glad. Your employees need better work training!!! On top of that because of his horrible customer service i got wrote up at work for returning late from my break!!!!!!

Great place! I love that it’s open 24/7, which makes it super convenient to shop anytime I need. The service is excellent, and the place is clean and well-organized. Highly recommend!

I went there today got some wings and the wasn't completely done and I only got 8 and was suppose to get 10. Called to say something and the lady that just came on shift gonna say. Come back in I'll give you what your missing. Lady I'm working I'll most likely not be there again and she hung up.

Thank you for the $1 refill Mondays on coffee?. I like this Speedway store; I'm not sure why people have negative comments about the employees here. If you give respect you get respect back. They've been very pleasant to me. And c'mon now...this is most definitely *not* a bad area!
