Love this place and the employees are always extremely polite and helpful, but for the love of GOD, could someone please train whoever does the donuts. I love the white cream filled chocolate logs but for the last 6 months they have miss labeled them and sold me the bavarian cream filled chocolate logs that i hate. Is there anything you can do to remedy this situation because I truly love the white cream filled chocolate logs. Sorry to vent but after about the 12th time it's extremely frustrating. Thanks and I appreciate anything you can do to help.

I’m surprised so many of these comments have the same complaint on the same person and she’s still there.. The cashier Amanda (that’s the name she provided with no name tag, she’s a big back, tall, white & wears glasses) is extremely rude! Yelling at me because I was on the phone (paused my conversation to give Amanda my full attention) I answered all of her questions without going back to my conversation and apparently it set her off for some strange reason .. and she started yelling at me.. my husband heard her yelling and asked “is that the bigger white lady with glasses because she’s always rude” I replied “yes” it’s a shame that he had the same experience .. being that we are black and all I’m not sure if it’s a race thing or that’s just her.. I asked for corporates number because it was completely uncalled for.. she continued to yell and taunt me in front of everyone! I had to walk out and leave my items behind on the counter, I also just got off the phone with corporate to complain and will leave this comment on everywhere with a rating. She does not need to be anywhere near a customer service job. I will continue to spread the word on social media so people are aware.

Stopped in to get some pop, there's a lady that works there that is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She never has her name tag because she's always rude to customers . And when you ask her her name she refuses to tell you. The store seems to be going downhill more and more. I heard her saying nasty things to handicap person yesterday.

horrible customer service. I did not know you have to go inside to pay. I usually pay with credit card at the pump. I went inside and waited in line. I paid inside $30 and went to fill up. pump did not work because attendant assumed I want unleaded. he never asked me which grade gas I want so it would not let me pump. I had to go back inside and stand in line again. he told me i have to pay again and i have to wait for 48 hr to get credit for the $30 that I was charged already. why he did not ask me which gas grade I want? as a customer i had to go back 2 times and stand in line 2 times. very poor customer service.

One coffee machine was broken, the other didn't have it's coffee ground emptied so it couldn't operate. I'm permanently not stopping by in the morning from now on to get coffee.

I was smiling I said good morning nobody deserves how you treated me and it will not go unnoticed. Because that clearly is how you treat other people also . The manager here should also be ashamed of having someone like this employed!

Stopping in for coffee, my elderly friend decided to hand out a few tracts not meaning to be offensive but just to share some life-giving information. Some declined and others didn't. However, an employee made it a point to say that (what she assumed was an invite) was considered soliciting. Yet there was no request for money or services being offered. I'm sure considering the location it wouldn't matter if we returned or not but that will be my first and last time at this Mentor location. Especially looking at other reviews. But one star because the coffee is always good.

I work 3rd shift. I never can get a freezie because the ice machine is always down. Also rarely ever any pizza or taqitos like before covid hit. HELP US THIRD SHIFT WORKERS GET THROUGH OUT NIGHT! We spend good money with you. ✌️
