was there tonight for dinner we had horrible service first we had to ask for our server to come take our order. second person ordered an iced tea she put lemon which he could not have due to cancer.she pulled the lemon off the glass then we told her he needed a fresh glass her facial expression said it all .I asked for a water 3 times she finally brought it the whole glass went on the table and me and my phone at this point it was clear she did not want to wait on us so someone else brought out our food she did Apologize but it was to the point where it was so clear that for some reason she did not want to wait on us and everything we asked for we seem to be bothering her I finally spoke up she did not charge us for a food which she did not have to do but it was a very unpleasant dinner and we were there for someone's birthday

9/8/2024 7:00-7:15 pm We came in for dinner. The servers were too busy doing shots with customers to wait on us. We were sitting at the bar, the establishment was not particularly busy. We were completely ignored by all staff. Do not recommend.

Kid-friendliness: all the servers are great. Only one server to this date is rude to this day. Ally is the worst server they have attitude is terrible and she even locked the door in my face at 12 midnight and they close at 2:30am. everyone else is great.

Went to lunch at Spuddys in Mentor on Sunday June 16th to celebrate Father’s Day with my family , our meal was good however we ordered a to do order for an elderly lady that I bring food to , they charged for it but claimed the order was never put in , we had to go as we had somewhere to be by 4 so my boyfriend and son went up to pay and asked to just cancel the to go order as we were told it hadn’t been placed . The waitress walked out of the kitchen and said here is your order , my boyfriend replied ( wow that was quick are you sure it is cooked ) and the waitress got very snooty and said ( we always cook our food!) then she gave him a rude look and then told him you F off ! We have complained to the manager whom claimed we were rude despite we didn’t do anything mean or disrespectful. It’s a shame as we love Spuddys but I feel like they are not taking things seriously, they even tried to make excuses as ( oh the table before you may have been rude and that’s why she was mad) . I am sorry but employees whom can not control their attitude or mouth should not work with the public . I’m disappointed that my son had to witness this and that no action has been taken .

Went for the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. Very large portion to be honest and along with a fresh loaf of bread and a side salad. The food came out nice and Hott. I definitely recommend this place. Very reasonable price

Worse experience ever, ordered potato skins and they were moldy. Five people behind the bar waiting on friends and ignoring everyone else. The bar manager so drunk couldn't even talk. First and last time here.
