I just recently took over the Jersey mikes stores out here, I started visiting this Starbucks recently and the girl today working drive thru with purple braids that she has styled into buns had THE BEST customer service. As a multi unit manager I understand how hard it is to get people that genuinely love their job or can atleast pretend to while they are there lol. I definitely think this employee needs some recognition.

Fine, but the entrance and exit (mostly exit) of the parking lot was pretty confusing. Also felt obligated to tip at the drive thu. Unsure why certain Starbucks have that and some don't.

No complaints on the coffee but the staff does make you feel weird if you don't tip them- there actually kind of rude after you hit no thank you on the prompt. I tip every couple times and when I don't it's weird that's how I noticed. So annoying

By far the worst Starbucks around. Employees are extremely rude and my drink is somehow always wrong. I have just recently been coming here once a week because it is close to my job but I would much rather drive to different one than choose this one. The same girl is always working the window when I go (she has blonde, thick, wavy hair) she never says one word to me. Spending this much on a drink for it to be wrong and have bad service is not right. Starbucks please do better.

This is by far the most rude Starbucks I have ever been to. I stop here in the morning because I work closely, and I can genuinely say Iāve had maybe one or two good experiences at this location. My drinks are more often than not slapped together carelessly and Iām often greeted with a āget your stuff and get outā mentality. As an ex partner myself, I am really disappointed because I know how important customer connections are within the Starbucks standards.
New people suck at making drinks. Made a watery refresher. The strawberry foam taste less sugary and possibly are putting soap in it don't go here !

Donāt ever get stuck in this drive-through. Literally if thereās two cars ahead of you you better expect to wait 30 minutes. This place sucks second time I got trapped in here they need to hire some help.
