Grace and Luke were great. I had a problem with my gift card and they were able to fix it very quickly and and had such great customer service. I live in Eastlake and it makes me want to drive all the way here to mentor just to come to this location

The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Plaza blvd & mentor ave is the only Starbucks I will go to!

Kat is amazing. She not only makes my go to drink perfect, but she is always so positive and kind.

The plaza Blvd. location is always slower than the others for some reason and I have no idea why. When it was down by Verizon it was always good. Now, not so much. Very slow and drinks don't taste as good as from other locations. I was the only person inside and there were a few cars in the drive through. I ordered ahead by at least 5 minutes and still stood around for 10 - 15 waiting. I think if several employees spent more time actually working instead of standing around...
