i hate even leaving this review because this is by far one of my favorite locations to go to. but whenever i seem to go at night, they have people working who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. we ordered 2 drinks tonight. that wasn’t the problem. ordered on the app several minutes before getting there, still waited over 15 minutes. moving on to the actual order. we proceeded to wait for my drink. we ALSO ordered 3 croissants 2 hand and cheese & 1 chocolate. when they handed us my drink they proceeded to shut the window before my husband could get a full sentence out. made us wait another 5 and then just gave us 3 ham and cheese without even reading our order. they’re nice people but they have zero idea what they’re doing behind a counter.

Ok so I legit go here every day. It isn't good for my pockets but the people are cool. Tonight annoyed me like no other. There was a very cool worker RUNNING around to get drinks and pass them as the drive through worker (name started with J) stood there looking helpless as cars piled behind me.

There was another worker, she was a sloppy blonde hair barely tied up, wearing NO apron, lollygagging as she placed stickers on a damn bag. 5 stars for the dark haired short kid running around to get orders out (coffee was delicious), but zero stars for the other two.

I love going to this Starbucks before work. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. Super friendly people. Fast and efficient service.

I had a very bizarre interaction in the drive-thru here today. I ordered ahead in the app and gave my name as I always do when I pulled up to the speaker. The worker then told me that I could “pull around very slowly.” Okay, weird, as there were no cars ahead of me or behind me. When I got to the window, a middle aged woman wearing a mask (name starts with an S) told me that I was screwing up their processing times and they will be reprimanded and get in trouble because I arrived too early. She was quite adamant and upset. She kept going on about Starbucks policies, and I apologized and said I had no idea of any of this, as I do not work for the company. Even if this is the case, I do believe there would have been a better way to handle the situation than to belittle a customer for pulling in a minute or 2 ahead of when the app SUGGESTED I arrive. After she handed me my drinks, I thanked her and looked in quickly as I was trying to read her name-tag, she then looked back at me and said “What? You have your oder!” and closed the window.
I frequent this location and have many times arrived a couple minutes before the app has said, and many times my drink has been done early. I have never been chastised like this before for doing so and with multiple other locations so close in vicinity I will be picking another one to visit now.

Y'all have to try this location. I went to a previous location and my drink was horrible. I tried to buy some crunch to doctor up the nasty drink, they offered to put some in a cup. When I got to the wisdom Sakinah was very pleasant and offered to remake the drink. She apologized for the previous location and said we'll see you again soon. Ohhhh and my drink, caramel ribbon crunch is delicious and has crunch, flavor and caramel. Thank you for great service. ?

This Location Gets Slammed Busy!

High volume store with good service. They fill the coffee cup once top, so no worries about getting shorted. Love the mushroom
and kale egg bites.

Everyone here is so kind. I look forward to picking up my drinks every day. They take the time to know you if you are a regular, particularly Ben. It means a lot. The staff handle a LOT of traffic here and it’s impressive to see how well they manage a likely very stressful and busy location. I go out of my way to stop here every morning on my way to work. As a manager myself, I deeply appreciate how hard they work and how personable they are. I hope the corporation appreciates this. See you all on Monday ?

Excellent service. Ordered an ice coffee and I didn’t realize that Starbucks defaults to including sugar now (I’m not a regular customer). I called to ask if I could exchange it, since I can’t have sweetener, and the woman both graciously granted my request and politely informed me how I could order better next time. Further, I had to wait an hour and half for a meeting and she still allowed me to exchange the (now fully melted) ice coffee when I did get back. She and her team were the consummate professionals and it was an excellent service experience
