BE SPECIFIC at this location, especially on weekends. I always order the oatmilk shaken espresso but my way, and today it was made wrong. Now I'm running late, sad cause I didn't have an extra 10 mins for to it to be remade (was offered, but after all the waiting, didn't have time), but not happy cause it tastes awful. I also asked for it to be changed to blonde espresso cause I forgot to tell the cashier and that wasn't done. I get they're busy and look short staffed, but it was a simple request. I also didn't know the oatmilk drinks came with any other kind of milk. Other than that, most are friendly here and get drinks out fast or say that they're working on it, finishing it up, etc

Twice they’ve mixed up a FALAFEL pocket and chicken one resulting in someone who has not eaten meat in 10+ years accidentally ingesting TWICE!!!!! The chicken pita is full of cream cheese and I’m lactose intolerant, making me Sick TWICE. These types of oversights can truly result in deaths when there’s allergies involved and people aren’t paying attention and taking their job seriously. Do better. Won’t be back to this crap location.

Go to Starbucks everyday this has to be the worse one I go to unfortunately it’s on my way to work the workers are so rude and it at least takes 10-15 to make a drink (don’t mind waiting if I wasn’t the only person there) also I’ve never had to tell others to give me my drink because they like to set it on the counter by the drive thru and then go do something else. It’s aggravating everything I wish they could undergo training from the other locations and be a little nicer.

I'm so done with this place. Every time I come here I get the exact same drink. And every time it's made differently... sometimes it's good, sometimes not. Isn't there a card somewhere with directions stating how to make a standard drink?! I ask for no cinnamon in my drink and 50% of the time it has cinnamon regardless of what the label says. It's gotten way too expensive for them to continuously mess up my order

Kinda sad whenever I order food here I never have an issue with my my condiments. But today my Avocado spread was disgusting. I had opened it and saw that the top layer was all brown and it smelled bad. I thought maybe expired but nope the date was April 2025
