I love stopping by this Starbucks on my way into work. Or on my way home. Or when I'm out running errands. The baristas are always kind. Even when they are busy, they take the time to welcome you into the store and wish you a good day. I consider this my home Starbucks ?

I visited Willoughby from South Korea and stayed for one month. During my trip, I went to this Starbucks three times. On my first visit, the staff who got my order asked my name to write on the cup. On my second visit, he asked my name and said "I should have memorized your name." On my third visit, he didn't asked my name and my name 'Amy' was on my coffee cup.I was absolutely amazed. I wanted to hire him. Starbucks! Promote him :)

I pulled into the drive thru before closing at 8pm and waited because the car in front of me ordered several drinks so it took forever. Well, when I pulled up to speaker to place my order I was told the car in front of me was the last car! I was shocked and actually asked if she was serious?!?! I said I just want one drink and have been waiting. Nope, they didn't care. Said it was corporate policy. I guess corporate policy is to turn away guests and money. I even went online and chatted with a rep and she said it's up to each store how they handle closing. So is it really corporate policy then!? I should've known better than to spend my money there. Or try to anyway. Extremely poor customer service to turn away business when I was the last, and only, one left. Taking 2 minutes to make a drink was not going to make anyone that late from going home.

My drink is never full and the top is this loose foam, like they ran out of milk in the pitcher. A caramel machiatto is supposed to have dense foam on the top not this fluff, I didn't order a cappuccino. For the price of the drink I expect a full cup that isn't 1/3 full of foam.

My drink is always made inconsistently and I am always waiting 20 minutes in the line. Asryn is the supervisor, she will refuse to help you.. I was tremendously shocked and disappointed by the service I received from Asryn. They handed me my latte with DAIRY milk when I paid extra for Almond Milk and refused to remake it with Almond Milk. I am lactose intolerant and I was unable to drink the latte because it could have made me extremely sick. The Reynolds Rd. location is exceptionally unprofessional.

Starbucks is built on quality customer service and atmosphere and this location is no exception, this location is always clean customer service is second to none and you get a great coffee every time or they will fix it.
It amazes me that they ask you for a tip before you even get your order.... And now they're slowly raising.prices Once again. I'm done with starbucks.

I love going to this location and usually don’t have any issues. The baristas are all very nice. This morning was very odd. I waited 8mins for them to make my single drink. I was very displeased when I finally made it all the way to work. I found that they did not add any syrup to the drink and only filled the cup up half way.As the price increases for a simple latte, it aggravating to only get half a cup.
