Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I'm fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail. Additionally, the employees are fast, friendly, and kind. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Jaylen. He greets everyone with a smile and seems like a genuinely fantastic person. Whenever he is at the window it makes my day. Keep up the great work, team!

The dude that runs the drive thru ordering had exceptional customer service. To me as a person that knows service this location was more than acceptable. The young lady that helped distribute the order was kind as well. This location made my order fast and they took the time to care. Highly recommend

Would not recommend going to this location. I went through the drive through after work and was told that I needed to speak up really rudely and was constantly rude at the window. Went in today and there was an employee on their phone with their back to the door, two employees were just standing and talking while one employee made ALL the drinks. Mobile order, drive through and in store orders. Instead of helping her they looked at her and went back to talking

Vanessa made me a VT Chai Latte with heavy cream and extra cinnamon, it was PERFECT ❤️☕️ She has an amazing attitude, work ethic and her customer service skills are outstanding. We will be back. 😊

The cashier just rushed me quite a bit through the drive-thru. She ended my order before I was done. She barely talked to me at the window I think her name started with a D she had a bunch of Halloween pins on. Just not the service I expect when going to Starbucks.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not one person acknowledged I was even standing there. I left after a few minutes. Phoned the store an to speak with the manager. Told her what happened and she said she would love to have this conversation. I asked if she was going to reprimand her employees. She said she wasn't going to so that and hung up on me. I called again. the phone just rang and rang finally someone picked up and hung up immediately. Next is a call to corporate!!! All I wanted was a cake pop for my granddaughter. What a shame. Is this what the world has come to? SAD!

My drink taste old, I tried to let the old lady know at the window with the curly hair and tattoos but she was rude and sarcastic. Said there was nothing they can do. I come to this one everyday and this has happen twice.
