As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.
There isn’t a time I’ve walked in this Starbies location and not been greeted by at least one employee - but usually more! And when I leave with my mobile order (which is almost always spot-on!), multiple employees are always saying to have a great day, etc. They literally make my day with their personalities and attitudes. I was shocked to see any one-star reviews for this location. Keep up the great work!!
Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I'm fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail.
