Super fast and Easy as always. Employees are good people and the service is quick. Another positive is they use beef tallow for there fries and not some who knows what oil most places use these days and there good too. Milkshakes are good the burgers and Dawgs are even good. Price very fair and a good taste. I go to this place alot because its easy and always fast and smooth service!!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The bad reviews were right. Avoid this dump. Ordered the tallow fries and a shake. After waiting a few minutes I was told they weren’t making shakes. (This was before 7 PM) After being given a choice, I opted for a full refund and left. I suspected I wasn’t going to see any refund and sure enough, it never happened.

I love steak n shake, I have been going there for years. I remember when this one was packed after a movie back before covid. Now they are super slow and all of their workers are rude. A week ago I went through the drive through and they made my food wrong (my husband’s allergic to cucumbers and they put pickles on his burger). I pulled out of the drive through and went in, and ordered his burger again on the tablets. The only nice worker in there said he already made it, I said there was pickles on it and that I can just pay again (it was $3 it wasnt a big deal) and he said he would just remake it. So he makes it and hands it to this jerk to put it in the bag, and the guy he handed it to literally threw it at me!! It was after work so I just left but man if I ever go there again he’s going to hear it from me!

I don’t understand how I am the only one in line and still get the complete wrong order. I just wanted a fresco melt and a single patty burger how do I end up with 2 double patty burgers. It makes no sense it’s the same thing every time how hard can it be.
