I was a little skeptical bringing my kiddos here after reading the reviews, but they’ve never been and really wanted the shakes. You do order on kiosk but there is about 4 kiosks and it’s pretty simple to use. The food was great & hot, the employees were great they also had everything out pretty quick. My youngest said “this is the bestest food ever”. Glad they enjoyed our little steak and shake date.

I sat in the drive-thru for nearly 45 minutes. I ordered two very simple sandwiches steak burgers with bacon and cheese. Neither burger had bacon on it. Understanding that it's fast food, there's no good reason for that kind of experience.

The manager I believe her name is Ashley was absolutely amazing so sweet and professional. She could certainly teach them all a thing or two about customer service! We will definitely be back just because of Ashley's service! Give this girl a raise!
Oh my, this was not a good experience. Hadn't been to S&S in a few years. A lot has changed: 1) you order your food at a computer kiosk by the door, 2) there are no wait-staff, 3) my burger was not close to the same quality that it once was.
The computer system seemed clunky, not intuitive. Burger quality was average. They used to be pretty darned good. Fries were still enjoyable, though. My order got messed up-included onions and pickles I didn't order.
No atmosphere to speak of, pretty open, empty space. The setup doesn't encourage you to sit down and eat your food, but I did anyway.
It's sad, actually, what S&S has morphed into. Looks like all changes were for costcutting purposes. Maybe do a marketing campaign to draw in customers?

I was the only one in line.I ordered a sandwich fries and a butterfinger shake and cheese sauce for fries.The fries limpy and cold the sandwich cold and soggy.The milkshake melted ...the only good thing in the bag was the cheese sauce.$12.00 WASTED!!
