Disgusting atmosphere, rude nasty employees, unprofessional.. this place needs to be shutdown or they need to get a new haul of kinder employees. This location is always put off the food and toppings that they should always have. Also, I used the restroom and it smelled like weed and there was also a plastic smell that smelled like someone was smoking drugs, they also smoke cigarettes in the restrooms too there was cig butts all over the floors and inside toilets as well as ashes all over the toilet seats. This place is horrifying. Shut them down permanently!!!

went here to pick up a doordash and while i was waiting on them to make and finish the order i walked up to the kiosk and before i even got to place a order i was told its in the “policy” that i can’t order anything while doordashing and they won’t make it. all i wanted was a drink? please show me that policy please.

Their chips, cinnamon twists, or anything that comes out of the fryer at this location is disgusting. I try this location, which is close to my house, 1-2 times per year hoping for an improvement, but they've had a gross fryer at this location for at least 5 years now. Drive to Painesville for much better food quality.

We went in with a group of guys first of all the order pad wasn't working then one of the guys accidentally didnt put in dine it. There where 3 different payments made 2 of them had pain the dine in tax the girl working wouldnt let the one guy dine in and sit with the group. He offered to pay the tax separately just to sit with us but she wouldnt let him. Mind you there was attitude the whole time because they didnt want us to be there so they could eat their feast of Popeyes just laying out In the lobby taking up 3 tables. Don't go here just terrible people and attitudes dealing with your food.

This is one of my favorite locations. It's usually always quiet, with a friendly staff, and almost always correct. Certain shifts will drop the ball, like today, but usually they don't. Like most locations, they need to add more steak though. Still edible, just lacking

If I could leave negative stars I would. Whoever was working this evening (July 3rd) at 11pm refused to take a drive through order as there was an “80 piece door dash order” coming through and there would be no meat left?? What does that even mean? This location is literally the worst.
