If I could leave negative stars I would. Whoever was working this evening (July 3rd) at 11pm refused to take a drive through order as there was an “80 piece door dash order” coming through and there would be no meat left?? What does that even mean? This location is literally the worst.

Honestly worst place to go I’ve been there many times and it’s always a bad experience but I still decided to give them a chance that was my fault they always forget my sauce or food they always have an ATTITUDE when you order they’re all LAZY food looks like it’s just half thrown together when they forget something and you mention it even if it’s done nicely you get a rude response it’s almost as if they aren’t getting paid to do their job so they don’t care if you really hate your job that much maybe don’t work there find a job that’s not customer service

I see why they are rated so low. They do a terrible job at making the food. They are extremely defensive about making the food terribly. Their attitudes are horrible. All of the eye rolling extremely miserable employees giving burnt expired and nasty food out that maybe they stored in their basement at their house and brought back to make people's food with. I don't know how they get food so nasty that they should have made only moments ago. But the nasty attitude to go along with it I think is the icing on the cake. Thank goodness they don't make cake. I'm sure they would figure out a way to burn that and make it nasty as well. Save your time and drive the extra miles to another Taco Bell. If this was only the first encounter I wouldn't even do this review. But each time over the year that I have to stop here I always have to go back. I always have to circle back. They always make sure I know that I'm going to have to wait after everyone else's served before they're going to help me and then they do a bad job at replacing my food with a nasty attitude. Sometimes I forget but they always bring the memories back. They all deserve the worst in life.
They remodeled and now it has no character. The bathroom partitions are black and shows everything. They look extremely dirty. The sink is dirty, it would be easier to just say the whole bathroom is dirty. I do not get acknowledged or greeted. This place went down extremely fast. This place used to be clean, warm, and welcoming. Not in the least bit is that the case anymore. So sad.

Totally horrible. Forgot half my order. I was on my lunchbreak and discovered once back to work. Tried calling but goes to fax. I had paid cash and was not given receipt. Spoke to GM the next day and was told there was nothing she could do without food or receipt. They shorted me the food and gave no receipt. Great way to steal from a now former customer. Thieves!

It was 9:30 and doors still locked. Everything says 9am open time. Two workers inside and didnt seem like much was being done. I ordered in drive thru and waited insanely long for 1 item! They gave it to me for free but not because of the wait. They swiped my card wrong and it didnt go through so it was more for their convenience. Disappointed in this place.

I usually have great experiences at this location! Food is made right, employees are really kind but there's something REALLY WRONG with the Mexican pizzas! They taste like burnt plastic! Not just from this location either! I think I'm over ordering them! I'll just get something else from now on...
