They remodeled and now it has no character. The bathroom partitions are black and shows everything. They look extremely dirty. The sink is dirty, it would be easier to just say the whole bathroom is dirty. I do not get acknowledged or greeted. This place went down extremely fast. This place used to be clean, warm, and welcoming. Not in the least bit is that the case anymore. So sad.

Totally horrible. Forgot half my order. I was on my lunchbreak and discovered once back to work. Tried calling but goes to fax. I had paid cash and was not given receipt. Spoke to GM the next day and was told there was nothing she could do without food or receipt. They shorted me the food and gave no receipt. Great way to steal from a now former customer. Thieves!

It was 9:30 and doors still locked. Everything says 9am open time. Two workers inside and didnt seem like much was being done. I ordered in drive thru and waited insanely long for 1 item! They gave it to me for free but not because of the wait. They swiped my card wrong and it didnt go through so it was more for their convenience. Disappointed in this place.

I usually have great experiences at this location! Food is made right, employees are really kind but there's something REALLY WRONG with the Mexican pizzas! They taste like burnt plastic! Not just from this location either! I think I'm over ordering them! I'll just get something else from now on...

This restaurant needs to be fully deep cleaned! The windows are dirty, haven't been washed, or wiped down looks like in months. The floors were disgusting so badly that my shoes were sticking to the floor. The whole dining room was disgusting ? ? garbage filled to the brim, the kitchen was dirty and the employees were back there just talking amongst each other. I prayed that I didn't become sick from eating the disgusting food. Whoever owns this location in Mentor ohio on Mentor Ave should be ashamed. No wonder this location is never busy. It will be a matter of time before they close for good!

Very disappointed! My boyfriend and I ordered 2 meals tonight around 1am and none of it was good. We both went straight for our cinnamon twist and those tasted like they were made in rancid oil that's been sitting for weeks. Didn't finish those. He has a dairy allergy and for this reason has to customize all of his tacos. They made EVERY SINGLE ONE with cheese and sour cream on them. He got to eat nothing from his meal...If it wasn't 1am and we didn't have our baby, I would've drove back up.

Woof. Walked in for my cheese, rice, and bean burrito. Boy oh boy that’s not what I was leaving with. Ordered using the tap screen option, which is fantastic. Grabbed my sauces from the hot sauce bar and took a seat in the dinning area. Nice decorated. About 15 mins go by and I wonder what is going on. So I walk to the counter to ask the gal who is posted up on the prep counter if she knew about my order. This young lady, in sun glasses, and proceeded to tell me I didn’t order. Bank of America disagreed. I asked again and she replied with a rather “ grumpy” disposition that my food isn’t here and I didn’t order. Being that I was on break, so I was on time crunch. Her foul attitude was definitely a turn off. Hope her hangover got better.

Let’s just say I ordered two grilled cheese burritos, there was no cheese grilled on the burrito, cinnamon twists had a few fresh ones on the top and the rest were STALE, no hot sauce, forgot my drink and so on. So idk who felt lazy in the kitchen today but I’m def not giving my money to u for u to mess up literally everything ? literally so upset about this bc I wanted my jellybeansweets dreams to be fulfilled and Taco Bell did the exact opposite… shame
