Place looked deserted. Me and another guy came to pick up our online orders and the doors were locked, lights were off, and it looked like no one was there. At 4:45pm on a monday. Asked for a refund online, no response for a week. Lost $30.

Not happy I can’t have tomatoes n did my order online n they still mess order up. Nobody else was there just me in drive thru n still mess the order up. EMPANADAS ARE HORRIBLE, burnt hard as rock, filling is cold. Worst idea bring back the original one.

Loud music playing and been waiting for 15mins for someone to answer me for a doordash pick up. Then after waiting 22mins a guy opens the window and tells me that they are closed but the sign says open until 5am and it was 4:40am and they are inside playing loud music instead of serving customers during open hrs. Find better employees

2 out of the 3 times I've ordered uber eats from this taco bell, there have been missing items. There are a lot of taco bells near here. This taco bell is garbage.

This Taco Bell is trash. First time we went, it said they were open until midnight, they were closed at 10pm. This time I ordered a Crunchwrap with no tomato, because I’m allergic. I got tomatoes. Trash. Will never go here again and it’s a shame because I just moved to the area.

Wouldn't take orders through the drive through was told mobile and door dash only. It was only 10pm don't go here the employees are lazy and don't want to take orders also the food is sometimes wrong or isn't made correctly

Dont trust their hours of operation!! Even though they were open, when i came up to the drive through menu to order, i was told by a staff member that they were only doing doordash orders, even though their signs say they are open for regular business.
Its one thing to stay open on the online delivery apps, but don’t show that you are open for normal business when you’re actually not.
Heavy set redhead was nothing but rude when told she got my order wrong. Only her and another person in the whole establishment. Both high as a kite. Some of the food was edible some we threw away for fear of food poisoning. It was my second time here and definitely my last. There's a couple of Taco Bell's on Mentor Ave that are much cleaner and serve more edible food. For a fairly new store this was a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend visiting the restroom here, either.

What a mess this place was. The food was sub par to the taco bell right down the street. The order was wrong and stuff was missing from the bag. The people working where high off of there minds, and also the place was dirty and unclean. If you want taco bell take the extra 5 or so minutes to drive to mentor Ave near the mall

I didn't realize there was an entire menu of complimentary items, including most things from the value menu. All you have to do is ask. The food was actually great, and I think more places should do this, or at least be more vocal about it.

For being a relatively new Taco Bell with a fancy new building, the actual experience here is sub-par, even for Taco Bell.
The drive thru was backed up, and not due to a flood of cars, just slow execution. It took a long time to be helped, and then a long time to get our order.
The food was haphazardly tossed in the bag, and the food itself was a bit worse than the Taco Bell average.
It's still an acceptable place to grab food late at night, because not a whole lot else is open, but this is not a great Taco Bell.
