I'd give negative stars if I could. The woman handed me my mobile order (minus my drink) and took off before I could mention it. My burritos were 90% rice, cold, and had stale tortillas. I was late getting back to work, just for my food to end up in the garbage. Eating gas station food on your lunch break is a much better option. And all the idiots in the drive thru block the ONLY exit.

If I could leave a zero I would waited 40 minutes for 2 mobile orders because apparently you can’t pick up two at once even though they were both paid for ? Then she said if u don’t like it drop the order by the time we got our food it was cold and sad 🙁

You would think after a 15 minute wait in the drive-through that my food would at least be made correctly. No such luck. Stone cold, falling apart, full of the lettuce I asked not to get and cheese cup for my nachos less than a quarter of the way full. Drive through girl didn't say hello, thank you, sorry for the wait or goodbye. Nothing. Disappointed. And unfortunately, still hungry.

If I could give negative stars I would. We sat in the restaurant for a half hour. We ordered at the kiosk. They called our name and the order was wrong. So we waited more time. While we were waiting, we saw 3 people walk out. Nobody ever came to the register to take people's orders. That's why people were leaving. Then people started bringing orders in from the drive through that were just thrown in the bag and had opened. When we finally got our food it was disgusting. It was cold, the beans were a hard lump of garbage. My husband spit his out and we threw our lunch in the trash and walked out. That cost me $30. They should be ashamed of themselves. But I wasn't going to stand there for another 45 minutes and try to get my money back. I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever again. And it will probably be a very long time until I go to another one at all anywhere. It used to be affordable to grab a quick bite here. Now it's $30 for garbage and rude service.

Ace Is the place

Just came here and was spoken to so disrespectfully. I used to work in fast food so i understand how it can be frustrating at times, but i never talked to customers this way. “Samantha M” was my cashier on my receipt. When I pulled into the drive thru I was very patient and said please and thank you, and she barked at me. I said “Can I please have a VEGGIE Mexican pizza” then I got a taco. She asked me to repeat myself 2 times. Then I saw on the screen the Mexican pizza didn’t say veggie. I politely said “Oops that pizza is supposed to be veggie” she barked at me and said “YOU DIDNT SAY THAT” I could hear her sigh and basically roll her eyes. She rushed me through without confirming I wanted anything else just said “pull up” usually they ask if you want anything else or any sauce?? After pulling away with my food, I noticed my Mexican pizza had half a teaspoon of beans on it, not the normal amount. I then pulled back around and was told that I needed to come inside to have them remake it and she was so rude. The only reason I came to this location was because the one around the corner from me is undergoing renovations. I will NOT be back to this Taco Bell. Samantha, please learn to to speak to others with respect, you don’t know what someone else is going through, I was very polite to you even with your nasty attitude. I hope you have a better day.

I went through their drive-thru window for my lunch break, and it still took 20 minutes to get my food. I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I was quite upset with my "fast-food" delivery. And when I finally got my meal, I realized it was the same bag that was sitting infront of the cashier for 7 minutes, while he waited for the CAR BEHIND ME bag to be ready...I almost was late for work over this. I had to eat my lunch ON THE CLOCK in between my work responsibilities...and since fast food doesn't taste good unless eaten right then FAST, well, to say my experience was less than positive.

Slower than slow in the drive thru. Waited over 25 minutes for 3 items. 2 items and a drink. This was on my lunch time and had to go back to work. Employees do not care. Very slow

Disgusting! This is by far the worst taco bell in my area. The staff is rude, unprofessional and the entire store smells like marijuana. They only gave me half of the food I paid for, none of the items had lettuce or cheese.
