I didn't realize there was an entire menu of complimentary items, including most things from the value menu. All you have to do is ask. The food was actually great, and I think more places should do this, or at least be more vocal about it.
For being a relatively new Taco Bell with a fancy new building, the actual experience here is sub-par, even for Taco Bell.
The drive thru was backed up, and not due to a flood of cars, just slow execution. It took a long time to be helped, and then a long time to get our order.
The food was haphazardly tossed in the bag, and the food itself was a bit worse than the Taco Bell average.

I went through their drive-thru window for my lunch break, and it still took 20 minutes to get my food. I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I was quite upset with my "fast-food" delivery. And when I finally got my meal, I realized it was the same bag that was sitting infront of the cashier for 7 minutes, while he waited for the CAR BEHIND ME bag to be ready...I almost was late for work over this. I had to eat my lunch ON THE CLOCK in between my work responsibilities...and...
