We went Monday (4/1/2024) afternoon. Only a few people there. We were seated and the server got our drink and appetizer order. We got our drinks. 30 minutes later and our server didn’t come back to take our order or bring out the appetizers. 30 minutes. I stopped the other server that was walking by (who didn’t acknowledge us there, either) and asked for a manager. While she got him, our server brought our cold cheese sticks out. Only one of the 2 appetizers we ordered. Manager came out, I made my complaint. He half heartedly apologized, gave me a to go container for the cold cheese sticks (that were on the house, I had a hungry 8 year old with me). That’s all he said and left. After that, the server brought the check. I said that the manager said we didn’t have to pay because now it was going on 40 minutes. The absolute attitude she gave me and said, “ You’re eating the food!” She then went to ask him, came back and quickly took the check back without saying another word. Horrible. That’s the last time we go there. We ended up at Red Lobster with an awesome server. Awesome. TGIFridays needs to take notes from him. I’m surprised they are still open with that type of service. Every employee there was cold and rude.

Raw chicken+everything was greasy, was nice but rarely came back, and very small portion size considering the price. The best part of the meal was the standard fountain drink. Terrible visit. Never coming back.

In the hospital cause my sister gave birth and had to use Doordash, the food was not good, not made right, cold or stuff was forgotten. Management was no help either. Won’t get from here again

Even with our waitress forgetting to put our order in and having to wait awhile, the food was great.We all got burgers with the whiskey glazed sauce, one vegetarian, and we all thought the burgers were great. Would go back again.
In all honesty I've had better food in county jail and less spearchuckers

Food is subpar and customer service is lacking. Our to go order missed multiple items. When I called to speak to someone, they said the manager was in the bathroom. I left my number and I never received a call back but they also didn’t even ask for my name or why I was calling. A waste of time and money.

We were there Monday Feb 12th. I had the 6oz steak, rice and salad which was delicious. My only complaint was a man sitting at the bar who was very loud conversing with his companion and frequently dropping "F bombs ". I was disappointed the bartender or manager didn't request him to curb his language.
