The food and services were excellent

My girlfriend wedding needed a cater in a week. Smokey Bones came through with a fabulous meal and set all up for her. The food was amazing. I will be using them on my next catering needs 🍗 Give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful tib meal and always excellent drooling they running special for 20.00 even got desert hot donuts w sauce..server made sure had full drinks

I ordered here for the first time tonight because uber had a deal. Then I looked at the reviews and thought, uh-oh. But it was really good and I was totally satisfied. Great burgers and fries!

Amazing burgers and fries, the superfood burger blew me away!

Veggie burger was phenomenal!

Paid for a double burger, received a single. Lettuce was wilted and there was one onion the size of a dime on my burger. The tomatoes were not ripe. All 4 burgers I ordered were dry as a bone. Everything was cold. This place needs to close it's doors. Had I known that this place was inside of Smokey Bones, I never would have placed an order. They should have disclosed that they were a part of Smokey Bones.

We were first greeted by host with shaggy multicolored hair and a nose piercing. Not what I expected for a nice restaurant. We were seated and told our waiter would be Ryan. He was excellent. The reason for my low rating is the food and kitchen staff. Our food came out and was luke warm at best. As we were leaving I happened to notice the kitchen staff horsing around in the back a woman with dark long hair with no hair net protection and handling food. This restaurant has great potential if it can be managed correctly. The outside needs cleaned up and painted. A few of the booths need fixed. The seats are blown out on most of the booths. Please get a good manager at this location and get it back to where it should be!

Good BBQ but best wings ever. We’ve tried a lot of wings from a lot of different places but the smoked wings with dry rub & sweet glaze were the best we’ve had. We went back & took 32 home with us 2 days after we had them. We live 2 hrs south and went to Smokey Bones based on TripAdvisor reviews (while on a get away weekend.)

Ordered through Uber eats. Got burgers with nothing on them. Called them and basically did nothing to help us.

Ordered a burger without cheese because I am lactose intolerant. they still put the cheese on it and it melted all over everything so I couldn't even eat it.

My entire order was wrong! I ordered and paid for seasoned fries, and parmesan fries, I was given fries without even salt & pepper, the burgers said they had lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles came with nothing but cheese and maybe some sauce. I ordered sprite in cans and got flat fountain sprite. McDonalds has better tasting burgers and fries than this place. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM THIS PLACW!!!!!
