How do you sell beverages and not have straws!!! Done going here to. McDonald's is 3 dollars for a lced black coffee instead of 6.25.

I grew up in stark county, where the human bean was my favorite coffee shop. I've traveled the country and always thought of them. I moved up this way a year and a half ago, and I couldn't believe my eyes to see the human bean out here! It was just as good as I remembered. Friendly staff and my coffee was amazing. I always appreciate the chocolate covered bean on my lid. I can't wait to go back

Sat at your location for a doordash....sat for almost 5 mins waiting for someone at the window. Then...didn't have an order prepared. NO ONE IN YOUR DRIVE THRU. NO ONE AT YOUR WINDOW. and then the order isnt ready???? So I gotta sit for another 10. Shit service

I love this place! They have the best sugarfree options of any coffee place around. So many flavors! Sugarfree smashmelon bright energy drinks are my go to and are absolutely refreshing and taste great. Their app also allows for great rewards. I wish they had more locations in lake county! Staff is also very friendly!

Absolutely love this place! I used to travel to Canton when it was the only Human Bean in Ohio, so glad there is finally one up in Mentor! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, the staff at this location are incredibly kind and enjoyable, and the rewards program gets me free drinks regularly! If you need a recommendation; Iced Muddy is always phenomenal, but seasonally I like the new Iced Shaken Pumpkin with Oat Milk! The Bacon, Gouda, and Egg Ciabatta sandwich is a must. I can't recommend Human Bean in Mentor enough!
