Recently, I visited The Original Hotdog Factory with a group of friends. There were menu options for any dietary needs. I ordered the Factory Loaded Fries! They would best be described as a chili dog over fries. The chili was absolutely delicious and the serving size was enough for 2! I highly recommend this restaurant for the variety of food, numerous options, serving size, flavor, and freshness! You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to visit again.?
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is conveniently located in the food court at Great Lakes Mall. Fortunately, the tables can be moved to accommodate individuals who require the use of wheelchairs or other equipment.

Went into this mall thinking there wouldn't be vegetarian options but the original hotdogs factory had beyond hotdogs which was an awesome find. Fantastic food!
Vegetarian options: They had the beyond hotdogs as an option to swap in for any of their regular menu items. I got the San Francisco veggie.

You know what I like about this place is that no matter when you come how busy or how slow they are your food is always made fresh you wait a couple extra minutes for that which for me is a fair trade the food is always hot and you usually have to wait a minute or so for it to cool off some people might think that that is inconvenient but I think that that's great service and says a lot about this restaurant you just don't get fresh hot food anymore they're always very nice and the food is delicious The portions are big I love this place

My granddaughter who is 11 placed our order. I was charged full price meals. When I asked why I wasn’t charged for a kids meal the girl went to the kitchen and came back saying my order was already being made so she couldn’t return and reimburse me. I said I am getting the same thing as the kids meal and could I speak with the manager. She said he just left and sorry, there’s nothing she could do. So I literally paid $12 for a kids meal instead of &6! I will never eat here again and very disappointed the girl didn’t even confirm or offer when she could clearly see my granddaughter is 11!

07/07/24. Saw this place reviewed on TikTok and thought we’d give it a try. It was mediocre at best. I tried the Jamaican Dog (3.5). A regular corn dog (4.2) and fries ordered extra crispy. They were not. The sauce on the jerk hot dog was overwhelming and was drowning everything and made it over all a soggy mess. The corn dog was cold in the middle and the fries were a let down. Tiff got a California hot dog (4.9) onion rings (8.2) and a corn dog. It was grey in the middle ( as if it were old) by far the best item ordered. And her corn dog was to cold in middle. Overall experience 4.8. For us we will not return. If they fixed a few things it could be really good. The various combinations they offer sound amazing. They just don’t execute the final product. $43.00 wasted.

Hot dogs are one of my favorite summer foods. I was excited to try this place. I had the California dog. The idea of it was great with all the fixings on top. But the dog itself was grey inside. Same with the corn dog. The onion rings were ok. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy, they weren't. The jerk dog just had way too much sauce. I give it a 3.9 out of 10. Probably won't be back either.
