Stopped in here instead of a chain and really enjoyed it. I got the super cheesesteak which was piping hot and a very good size for the price. Grabbed on the run so not a great pic but definitely will try again.

I drove from Madison to Mentor to try this place, and am glad I did. This was the best cheesesteak sandwich that I have outside of Philly and the two dudes behind the counter are awesome !!! I highly recommend Tommy’s

Excellent subs I always get the Philly Steak sub every time I go! *** Update *** I use to order a pickup at least twice a month but my last 2 subs have gone down hill unfortunately. The protein portion has become very skimpy to where the bread touches each side and unable to see any meat and hardly any cheese last time I ordered my Philly sub was mostly onions they put so many I don't want to order from there anymore. $13 for a skimpy sub guess it's back to crummy subway for a mediocre one I'm not driving outta my way to get ripped off. I tossed 1/4 of it out it was all onions. The homemade bread was still great 👍 only reason I didn't lower to 1 star. I was a 5 star review now down to 2 stars after my last 2 visits its well deserved.

Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!

I ordered this on DoorDash as I was stuck in meetings all day. I got a buffalo chicken sub, which I was nervous to get delivered because I don’t live super close and didn’t want a soggy mess, but really wanted it! And an Italian sub for later for dinner (pictured). I also ordered Mac salad and pasta salad. The buff chicken sub wasn’t soggy at all, and it was good! Not the best over ever had (here’s looking at you Charley’s). Now the Italian sub was AMAZING. So so good. The Mac salad was not to my personal taste (pretty sweet), but I’m sure people love it, and the pasta salad was good. Please give them a try!!
Take out sub shop. Staff exceptionally nice. Prices are better than chain and national sub shops. Get the pasta salad as a side dish. Great!

Changed the bread and cheese steak has a smokie taste. If I wanted smoked food I would go to Smokey bones!!!! Why would they mess with a great thing?
