The manager was very rude to a new employee. I came in at 10:41 on November 14th 2025. The cashier had a question and the manager replied in a snotty rude way, what do you want? They weren't busy. And even if they were that is not how you treat employees. The manager seemed inconvenienced. The cashier was sweet. And just wants to know how to do her job correctly.

I used to be able to come here with my granddaughters. And they would get a burger and I would get a baked potato and not feel bad about it. They no longer have real butter and they use some sort of nasty cheese sauce on their potato. So if it was ever healthy, it's not anymore.. The service was OK. There's really just no good option for someone who's trying to eat healthy at fast food places.

It's Wendy's, so you don't come for the atmosphere, but for comfort food and quick bite to eat. Food is often inconsistent depending on the time you go, but again, it's fast food and you don't expect 5 star service or quality. The staff do their best and get the order correct most of the time.

The food was excellent, well made and fresh. The service was prompt, polite, and the order was correct the first time. 4 stars instead of 5 though because the employees with long hair were not wearing hair nets. An easy fix if the owner decides to buy a box of them. I will return, this place is good and has the potential to be top-notch!

Make sure you count your nuggets one time I got a four piece and got three yesterday I ordered a 10-piece and received nine. I'm not sure why they do not want to give out the correct number of nuggets however for your parents who orders nuggets for your kids please make sure you count them before you leave the window

This Wendy's was in a very upscale area newly remodeled. Open late, food was fresh and hot and they even had menu items like sour cream and chive potato wedges that are not available where I'm from. I would definitely return if/when I'm ever in the area again.
Best Wendy's burger ive had in a long time. Super fresh, hot fries and burgers for my whole family. We were also greeted as we came in by more than one employee. We stopped on our way home to Maumee Ohio, this was a great experience for a quick lunch.

Haven’t had any issues until lately. Asked for no mustard and got mustard but no bacon in a bacon double stack? Employees rang it in correctly but kitchen is slacking. I do NOT like mustard. This asking for NO mustard. Third time in the last few weeks. No more benefit of the doubt.

Well, generally, I have good things to say about Wendy's; but this location gives the company a bad name. I have never seen an order more thoroughly messed up, in my life. Requested no tomatoes: got tomatoes. Requested mustard: no mustard. Requested ranch: no ranch. Combo includes nuggets: no nuggets. Ordered a frosty: no frosty. Baconator fries: A few fries, which looked like they were sloppily thrown together, then thrown sloppily into the box, which was a real waste of said box, considering how few fries were in it. A person cannot accidentally mess up an order, this bad. This was deliberate, by employees who do not care for their position.
