We sat on the patio, split a burger and salad. Our server, Jen, was pleasant and efficient. Burger was done perfectly. Manager, Diane, went above and beyond to fix my cocktail. Everyone seemed in a good mood. Lovely experience.

First and last time visit today for me. Seriously over done dry burnt hamburgers. Terrible untrained, scatter brained waitress who pretty much ignored us, because she 'had other tables'. So I did let the Manager know my impression and that I will never come back. There are way too many better places to go. I'm sure my experience today won't hurt your business but I will be sure to let everyone I know about it. Thanks for a crappy lunch on such a beautiful day.

Was having a rough night finding a place to eat in Mentor…stopped here because we love WL and after being told it was a 30min wait, we were seated after only waiting 5! Host staff and wait staff are so polite and organized. Great experience! :)

Ordered the NEW Braised Beef Tacos. I'm at a loss for words on how to describe this item. I'm really having a problem having to come up with how good they were. I finished all 3 and was upset I ran out. Absolutely the BEST Tacos I've EVER had. No joke. Hands down the best

They took out half the seating to put in games for kids. Decide, do you wanna be chucky cheese or a Restaraunt/Bar. Food is just ok. Have been coming here for 15 years. This was my last time.
