Love this place, the people and most of all the fantastic food. Portions are plentiful and delicious.
Have never been disappointed over the decades going there!!!!!

Waited and waited for a table even though we could see three available. Chicken parm was terrible. Chicken was very mushy. Spaghetti was a mushy ball of gel. Everything was clearly cooked early and left warm (and overcooked) all day. No flavor. Will not be back.

The food is delicious! Pizza is so good! Love their sauce! Service could of been better. Waited pretty long for food and waitress was not very attentive. I love the atmosphere of a cozy little Italian restaurant.

A little upset during the last order. Zappitelli's (for the second time) has messed up our order. They tried to pass off a meatball sub vice a chicken parm meal. Additionally, the (luke warm) pizzas ordered contained incorrect toppings - and seem to lack quality from past visits.. I am starting to notice a quality/management problem with the quality of food. It may be a while, to restore my confidence with them. I would recommend physically validating the order (either in the kitchen or cashier), before giving it the carry-out customer.

It's nice here. We've only done takeout, but they're nice. I'll dine in one day. If they cook the pizza a little longer, it'd be soo much better, but my friend LOVES the sausage sub. We actually make special trips here for it. I do recommend trying the food and the cannolis

Great Italian Food! We love their Pizza, Meatball and Chicken Parmesan! Friendly Staff and Great Atmosphere. We always go there when in town.
