Excellent Restaurnt visit today. Greeting at the door as we walked in . Very busy fast and efficient. Awesome staff very friendly customer service. The manager brought our food to the table and thanked us for waiting. Very clean and well organized restaurant in the Mentor Ohio area.

I went there March 23rd Sunday and your manager Josh was just sitting there on his phone and I waited for 30 minutes trying to get his attention. He was ignorant to the customers and I felt uncomfortable and I should have just taken my business elsewhere when this young lady came to the rescue. I was excited to get my family warm soup for dinner then my entire mood was ruined and I was late for dinner.

My husband and I each got a pick 2 combo with soup and a half sandwich. We both opted to size up to the cup of soup. It was $14 per person. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was absolutely inedible. It was nearly brown in color, had no visible broccoli pieces, and tasted burnt. We had just gotten over intense stomach flu and thought soup would be the best option for a first meal. Couldn't even eat it.

Once I ate here every day for 9 months ,,, Very Disappointed Today ,,, Spent $13.95 and They Gave Me a Medium Container of Lobster Bisque Soup ? and it was a little Over HALF FULL !!!!!!! I Will NEVER Be Stopping Here AGAIN ,,, Cheep S.O.B'S

I have eaten at this location before. I walked in the other night an hour before closing, and the employees were all glaring at me. No one was friendly, and not one person said hello.It was a very uncomfortable experience. I actually wanted to turn around and just walk out. Also, they were giving me dirty looks during the preparation of my order. They just stood there staring and glaring at me the whole time. It really was just awful and unprofessional. I don't think I will go back here.
This was our first time trying Zoup (now ZEats) out and we’re delighted with the food options. We decided on half Chicken Toscana sandwich and half Santa Fe Chicken Chili, both were delicious and light!

I was in the area with slim of short on time to grab a salads & soups . Place was NOT busy & place was dark & not friendly. Less then hour I had to use the restroom. Me & my family will never return. I like supporting small businesses but this one is a NO !

I work at Pet Supplies Plus right next door and love coming here when I'm short on time! The soups are so yummy (especially the lobster bisque, loaded baked potato, and tomato) and my favorite sandwich is the cheesy pesto. Soo good!! The employees are very sweet and quick, and I love how quiet and cozy it is inside.
