The food at Zoup is always delicious. I love the turkey bacon sandwich and chicken pot pie soup.
I have been coming here for years and the service has always been fine. But the last few times I have visited, one staff member in particular has been rude. She looks entirely uninterested in her job and has a very bad attitude. She replies in a very snarky way and gives dirty looks.
This makes me really sad because I love the food, and her poor service makes me not want to come back.

When Zoup! opened I remember thinking it seemed so fresh and hip. The style has not aged particularly gracefully.
And now with Panera having moved to basically right outside, I'm sure Zoup! is struggling a bit more.
But that's a shame - the food is actually pretty good at a reasonable price. It was a rainy day and we decided to pop in. We got three soups with bread and a drink for like just over $20.
They claim the soup is made fresh every day, implying it's in-house. I don't know how true that is, but they do taste pretty good, and there is quite a variety.
The staff didn't seem to be super engaged, but they were quick and friendly enough. The interior looks super dated. But it's honestly still a really strong place to grab a warm meal on a cold day.

It was my first time in and Anthony was very polite greeting us upon entry, helpful with letting us sample flavors, made great suggestions, quick with service and even cut the sandwich in threemaking it easier for her to eat. We will definitely be returning. I appreciate the great customer service.

Great soups... If you can sample them to decide. ( Or just get three of them like I do) Great sandwiches and flatbreads as well as mac and cheese. Grilled cheese dipper is a must with the tomato soup.

Excellent Restaurnt visit today. Greeting at the door as we walked in . Very busy fast and efficient. Awesome staff very friendly customer service. The manager brought our food to the table and thanked us for waiting. Very clean and well organized restaurant in the Mentor Ohio area.

I went there March 23rd Sunday and your manager Josh was just sitting there on his phone and I waited for 30 minutes trying to get his attention. He was ignorant to the customers and I felt uncomfortable and I should have just taken my business elsewhere when this young lady came to the rescue. I was excited to get my family warm soup for dinner then my entire mood was ruined and I was late for dinner.
