I signed up to bring 3 children to a cookie decorating class and someone called me and cancelled because I signed up the day of. They posted nothing on their event about signing up in advance. They did not apologize or try to accommodate or switch us to a different location. I would suggest they work on their customer service and how they speak to people
Service was incredibly slow, drinks were overpriced, and the food was mediocre at best. The server spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to split our bill, and rolled her eyes when I finally told her we would just figure it out ourselves. We had to get up and walk to the bar to order additional drinks, which then took a half hour to get. Very disappointing considering how incredible the bakery has always been.
